Please Read: contrary to what Colred states at 4:43, you gain drop rate by concentrating your high value mats in a single pull. in his example you gain 0,07% chance for a legendary and 0,4% chance for an epic when doing 1 2x epic + 2x rare and 1 4x rare pull compared to 2 1xepic + 3x rare pulls. It is VERY likely this trend continues for 3x epic + 1x rare and 4x epic pulls. please like this so more people can read it
I'm happy to revisit this, because I can make mistakes just like anyone, but I did the calculations for multiple pulls and the results came out EXACTLY the same for the two scenarios. I was surprised, so I triple checked it to make sure. But run it yourself and see what you get.

The chance to pull 2 rares in a row is simply calculated by multiplying these values. our 2 options are (b) twice or (a) and (c) once each. So bb leads to a chance of 79,81%*79,81%=63,69%. This means, there is a chance of 36,30% chance to get something better (100% minus the rare chance). Pulling (a) and (c) is calculated via 74,69%*83,99%=62,73%. So here we have a 37,27% chance to get anything better than 2 rares. So in your exact example, we lost out on a 0,96% for epic or above. How did you calculate it?

Colred touch ironically got me Python when going for Lady Q the other day with Ancients. Did do this Event with Primals and a handful of Sacreds to get all the mythical books. Eventually when I hit Primal mercy, that Mythical will be fully booked - or when I get the one last epic I need for Lady M. Truly as FTP though, it's far more rewarding to save up for only these kinds of things. Oh, and got Lydia during CvC and dumped all my books into her. Only need 1 more thanks to this Event's books! 15:30 That buildup! YAY!!!

Thanks! And that's true about the long clicks, but from there it just shows you the champs' base stats. If you want to see their 6-star ascended stats, you need to go to the index.
9:27 The way it reads the A1 ignores CC debuffs and leaves them where they are, so it's only cleansing and transferring the ones NOT listed. So it's much weaker than you think (or I'm completely wrong, which is also possible).

Gratz on Geo. He is one of my Favo champs. I hit on zero progressives or even a lego for that matter but last lego pull was the +1 and got Tundra as my +1 so I guess I shouldn't complain.
I kinda intended to only go for the rare, but changed my mind. I pulled all my shards, hoping for Senna or Prysma. 9 sacreds, 22 voids, 5 primals, no leggos... I did finally get a Seer though, so that's nice - i have a 3* soul waiting for her too. And i did grab all the books. Not sure yet which events i'll skip, probably dungeon divers, champ training 2 and 3, and the champ chase. I might even still do all of them and keep the extra epic :) Congrats on the geomancer!
Geomancer might not be a game changer for your account but he's such a useful champ, you just need to make him tanky with accuracy and he does WORK, I felt so happy for you finally getting him!
Congratulations on the triple Geo's. I also not have Geo and on 7 Sacreds, I did get a Harima (which I did not have) and 6 epics, but no Geo 😭 I am very happy for you and the ending of you drought.
Raining geo's, I pulled voids and got coldheart, genbo, & arbiter in same ten pull. With a godseeker arini in another. Now to decide what to do with a second arbiter when I complete missions
Congrats! Those are nice pulls. I've got a dupe Arbiter and I thought I would just build her for 3v3 arena, but I've just never gotten around to it. Theoretically, she'd still be great at 50 and unbooked, so I'll probably get it done at some point.

This is the end of an era... Congrats on the Geo. I get why you aren't that excited to build him as you have an end game solution to all Raid content. Early game players who add Geomancer will find him extremely valuable as he is easy to build and does insane damage with only ACC and tanky stats. I recommend pulling him early in an account rather than waiting like you have ;-)
Congrats on your geomancers! I missed again on Gnut but getting the epic champ + 2 lego books is good value. Bloodgorged is ok, I used him in faction wars and wasn't impressed but I was only 3 or 4 months into my account so didn't really have the gear or the books to make him work.

Pulled eight sacreds. First pull was Gnut, who was my progressive pick. Also got a second lego, Bystophus. Then pulled ten voids and got Wurlim. Can't complain about three new legos. Gnut was the big one though. Been after him since missing his fusion.
Congrats! Teumesia is a strong champion. She was my main nuker on one of my alts and she hits hard, but she's also got a lot of additional little nuances to her kit that can be fun to mess around with. Enjoy!

I'm sorry, I haven't been keeping close track. I'm pretty sure there are at least 300, but I don't know how much more than that. Boozor is usually good at tracking that kind of stuff - you could check him out.
I managed to continue my FtP "lucky bastardism" with Ancients last CvC. Literally my last shard pull and got Pythion. I had been sitting on a Feast and a Barrel should I get lucky. Then I did. He really is as bananas as people say, unbelievable support. All my best leggos have been from blueys, weirdly enough.
Congrats on Pythion! He's a phenomenal support. I still use him in so much content. I think you're going to be really happy with what he brings to your roster. 👍
@@ColredPlaysRSL He's unreal. A FtP "out the box monster" if you get that lucky pull. I've been using him with Lady of Ireth and Valkyrie (another two lucky pulls) in Chimera as they work together to make your questioned Champs last the distance and then you know who to build for damage. I will be building Gala to as she can be a total headwrecker with good support and maybe Anax, with my roster.
Grats on that Geo. For your Arthur vids, I dont play that one but i can ignore the videos on this channel just fine. I think if i were you i would start a different channel still, you know keeping things neat and together.

Originally I was thinking about keeping everything together on one channel, but it feels like most people would prefer a second channel, and there are benefits to that for me as well, although the logistics are a little more complicated. Again, I appreciate the comment!
Actually, separating out the epic shard materials is slightly better as it gives you a slightly higher chance of getting two epic relics from two pulls.
So, I'm still learning about the relics myself, and I'm not sure about the exact effects of each. For instance, does the journal affect continuous heals and speed buffs? My guess is that it does not affect speed buffs, but it MAY (or may not) affect continuous heals. So, for Elva, I think it should work on her heals, but we'll have to play test it to make sure.
WOW! That's amazing. Congrats! I would love an Acrizia at this point, but I've done pretty well recently on my void pulls. Not going to complain about Odin and Shu-Zhen.
Hello Colred, yor dry spell is over. I had a dry spell with Deacon until I pilles it this year. I opened 15 sacreds and got Minata, Fu-Shan, and Ruel. Out of the three, which Wood you build first?
Thanks! I'm not sure who I would build out of those three. They are all good champs, so it really depends on what you need in your roster. Minaya is strong is you have Khoronar. Ruel is great for Hydra if you need hex/damage. Fu-shan has a great speed aura, an AoE stun, and his A1 can pop off and be really fun. So, yeah, depends on what you need.
Extra points for voids, heads up DO NOT COLLECT SIR NICK, leave him for champ chase next week, leave him as a 🔴 in the event tab, I pulled the void epic, and got the one from summon that’s so many events I can skip
@@AdrianGado But the Yuletide event ends on Thursday and the champ chase doesn't start until Friday. That's why I'm asking if you actually can collect him during champ chase, his event ends a full 24 hours before champ chase starts
@@Pyrrha_Nikos yes, you ever not collect a reward from a tournament or event, it gets kinda blackout out or grey but stays in the event tab for idk 48 or 72 hrs he’ll be a red dot 🔴 after that will go to in box even there won’t be in your champion index till you click on him 👍

You were very lucky, I pulled 14 sacreds and my expectations were to pull only 1 Geomancer, I got none 😂 And no legos as well But I already have Geo, just wanted to empower him, congrats!
Thanks! I think this is the second or third time I've had Geo as the progressive epic, so it probably took 25-30 sacreds (just in those events, not overall) to get the first copy. It's nice to finally have it done.
Thanks for the tip! I may try him in IT for fun, but I've already got all 4 affinities on farm in under a minute, so I don't think he's going to improve my teams, but you never know. And it may make for a good video.
@ I totally forgot the best place to use him. Spider in the doom tower paired with Venommage. It’s super quick and hilarious. Venomage puts on the heal reduction and Geo the burn. The spiders minions practically kill the big spider on their own with Geo’s passive. Works the same in hard mode. Try it out.
I'm not sure. I haven't done a count. I would say it's very tight, at least. One of the other CCs may be able to give you an accurate count. Or check in our discord. Lots of people track that kind of stuff, I've just been too busy this time out.
I pulled Geo very early and used him as food before realizing how good he was. Took me almost 2 years to pull him. Now I have 4 and I can’t bring myself to feed them for empowerment, to traumatic.
Lol! That's painful. I WOULD recommend you empower him, though. There's no use I can think of for 4 Geos. Other than being satisfying to look at occasionally, I guess. 😉
Is it weird or Raid been generous this holiday. I seen almost all videos posted out end up with at least 1 geomancer. I myself get 1 too from 4 sacred at my acct still only lev65, no Lego but I happy 😁
Yeah, sometimes the RNG just falls that way. Congrats on your Geo. He should still be a huge benefit to a lvl 65 account. I would not have minded pulling him back then. Now, though, I'm going to struggle to find him a spot in my active roster. I'll try though.
Champion rush coming up alongnwoth 2x primals. I have 81 primals saved up ($200 a month on primals). I've stopped getting ancients/sacreds completely because primals pop both regular leggos as well as Mythicals. Much better bargain ❤
Yes, she is! She's a very good AoE reviver. She's also got a mini cleanse and some turn meter fill. Makes for an excellent mid-game support carry, or an end-game niche champ.

I got another Geo too, finally. The first one since the guaranteed one on my main account. My alt account has pulled 12 in the same time frame. Lego wise, I got a dupe Pythion and a dupe Incarnate. I never get anything good, and I'm sick of it. 2024 has been a joke for shard pulls. I've built 5 legos I got from shards, and 2 of those were dupes. If my luck doesn't change by the 6th anniversary, or they don't give me a route to get a champion I actually want, then I'm done.
I've been 2 Keying UNM. And was thinking of a new comp that's venomage/geomancer/Dark Kael (the first 2 passive reduces dmg by 30 percent and and last one gets rid of crit chance) and then Tuhanarek for speed and cleanse/defense and Morag for strengthen and ally attack.....but now I hope the unkillable will let me 1 key without any calculus
I think I have 5? I don't feel like that's a lot. I'm just slapping together some Chimera teams each week and letting them auto. I haven't found the time to really dig into the new boss fight mechanics yet. That being said, I have a very strong roster, so my results have been decent. Maybe that's it?

NO! I'm sorry. It took me 3 years and 8 months. So...maybe just relate to that? You'll get him eventually. But, if you're like me, he won't matter to your account when you do. The good news is, it will make you a stronger RAID player. That dwarf is a crutch.

Yes. It doesn't cleanse the CC debuffs. That would be insane on an A1. I still think that it's incredibly powerful, even with that limitation.

I managed to continue my FtP "lucky bastardism" with Ancients last CvC. Literally my last shard pull and got Pythion. I had been sitting on a Feast and a Barrel should I get lucky. Then I did. He really is as bananas as people say, unbelievable support. All my best leggos have been from blueys, weirdly enough.
Congrats on Pythion! He's a phenomenal support. I still use him in so much content. I think you're going to be really happy with what he brings to your roster. 👍
@@ColredPlaysRSL He's unreal. A FtP "out the box monster" if you get that lucky pull. I've been using him with Lady of Ireth and Valkyrie (another two lucky pulls) in Chimera as they work together to make your questioned Champs last the distance and then you know who to build for damage. I will be building Gala to as she can be a total headwrecker with good support and maybe Anax, with my roster.

Thanks for the input. I'm leaning toward two channels now. Originally I was thinking about keeping everything together on one channel, but it feels like most people would prefer a second channel, and there are benefits to that for me as well, although the logistics are a little more complicated. Again, I appreciate the comment!
Actually, separating out the epic shard materials is slightly better as it gives you a slightly higher chance of getting two epic relics from two pulls.
I ran the calculations and got the same exact percentages. I'm happy to run them again next time to double check.

So, I'm still learning about the relics myself, and I'm not sure about the exact effects of each. For instance, does the journal affect continuous heals and speed buffs? My guess is that it does not affect speed buffs, but it MAY (or may not) affect continuous heals. So, for Elva, I think it should work on her heals, but we'll have to play test it to make sure.

I'm back to back on good void summons. I did a 10 pop on voids just because. I set up Acrizia and Godseeker as the champs. I pulled both of them.

Hello Colred, yor dry spell is over. I had a dry spell with Deacon until I pilles it this year. I opened 15 sacreds and got Minata, Fu-Shan, and Ruel. Out of the three, which Wood you build first?
Thanks! I'm not sure who I would build out of those three. They are all good champs, so it really depends on what you need in your roster. Minaya is strong is you have Khoronar. Ruel is great for Hydra if you need hex/damage. Fu-shan has a great speed aura, an AoE stun, and his A1 can pop off and be really fun. So, yeah, depends on what you need.

Thanks! I think this is the second or third time I've had Geo as the progressive epic, so it probably took 25-30 sacreds (just in those events, not overall) to get the first copy. It's nice to finally have it done.

You’re gonna want Geo in your Iron Twins team. He’s a cheat code there. He’s also great in the new clan boss. Put him in Reflex with high accuracy.
Thanks for the tip! I may try him in IT for fun, but I've already got all 4 affinities on farm in under a minute, so I don't think he's going to improve my teams, but you never know. And it may make for a good video.
@ I totally forgot the best place to use him. Spider in the doom tower paired with Venommage. It’s super quick and hilarious. Venomage puts on the heal reduction and Geo the burn. The spiders minions practically kill the big spider on their own with Geo’s passive. Works the same in hard mode. Try it out.

I pulled Geo very early and used him as food before realizing how good he was. Took me almost 2 years to pull him. Now I have 4 and I can’t bring myself to feed them for empowerment, to traumatic.
Lol! That's painful. I WOULD recommend you empower him, though. There's no use I can think of for 4 Geos. Other than being satisfying to look at occasionally, I guess. 😉
I have 2 Geo's. 1 is a +4, the other a +2. I did use them for Hydra when I was at lower levels but now I only use the +4 in Twins.

Yeah, sometimes the RNG just falls that way. Congrats on your Geo. He should still be a huge benefit to a lvl 65 account. I would not have minded pulling him back then. Now, though, I'm going to struggle to find him a spot in my active roster. I'll try though.

Champion rush coming up alongnwoth 2x primals. I have 81 primals saved up ($200 a month on primals). I've stopped getting ancients/sacreds completely because primals pop both regular leggos as well as Mythicals. Much better bargain ❤

Yes, she is! She's a very good AoE reviver. She's also got a mini cleanse and some turn meter fill. Makes for an excellent mid-game support carry, or an end-game niche champ.

I got another Geo too, finally. The first one since the guaranteed one on my main account. My alt account has pulled 12 in the same time frame.
Lego wise, I got a dupe Pythion and a dupe Incarnate. I never get anything good, and I'm sick of it. 2024 has been a joke for shard pulls. I've built 5 legos I got from shards, and 2 of those were dupes. If my luck doesn't change by the 6th anniversary, or they don't give me a route to get a champion I actually want, then I'm done.
I remember skipping that guaranteed Geo, thinking, "I'm sure I'll pull him from a shard soon..." LOL!

I've been 2 Keying UNM. And was thinking of a new comp that's venomage/geomancer/Dark Kael (the first 2 passive reduces dmg by 30 percent and and last one gets rid of crit chance) and then Tuhanarek for speed and cleanse/defense and Morag for strengthen and ally attack.....but now I hope the unkillable will let me 1 key without any calculus
Get geo empowered and you will use him no matter how stacked your account is speed accuracy are what he needs
