I booked hotel in Shanghai crowne plaza nanjing road by IHG app end of June but hotel canceled my booking without my permission or any notice to me and when I arrived hotel hotel told me reservation dept people left office and no rooms for us. It can be possible? I am a platinum ambassador member Wow!! Made me so crazy... I complained by phone call to service center and emailed 3times to hotel and complain dept. till now no action... So I am sharing my bad experience in here. Big hotel group IHG also need to check your booking is secure or not before you arrive.
