Looks great! Will try it tomorrow. One question, as I'm the only person in my family who eats chicken I'm not able to completely eat chicken on a single go. Can I keep the marinated chicken to rest in the fridge for 1 day? or will the chicken go bad after 1 day?
I cooked it last week, marinating the chicken twice makes all the difference, I didn't use the charcoal, as that may be an issue for me....I will be making it again later this week.......there is quite a bit of preparation time, Curd I used yoghurt.......roy
