I'm really glad to hear they're making these again. I went to finally buy one last year and they just straight up had no holsters for sale at all... and I have checked several times since then with no luck (for months). Finally stopped looking until I saw that you were doing a review on one of them. In my opinion, they were one of the best holster companies out there, because of their prices and quality.
I’m a heavy guy and I bought this holster for my LCP Max and like it a lot. Very comfortable and the gun is very secure. The only negative comment is I wish the insist was lined to prevent wear, other than that you could spend a lot more for a lot less.
I would suggest a Discreet Carry Concepts Monoblock clip. It should replace that plastic clip and use the same screws. They are very low profile, extremely strong, and it won't come off of the belt if your retention is set too high on the holster.
I pocket carry my LCP max in a leather holster that I got off Amazon for 20 bucks has like a claw that won't catch the pocket. It is a true pocket carry pistol
Given the extremely light tension on the magazine release button, I would NOT CONSIDER a holster that doesn't cover it for the LCP Max. Believe me now, or learn the hard way when you draw and hear your magazine fall on the ground. My recommendation is the Hawg Stash holster - for pocket carry.
I just picked up the LCP Max last week and got my holster in today from Amberide. I have a question for everyone that's using one of these holsters. My LCP Max will move inside the holster if I wiggle the gun it's like it's pivoting on a connection point near the trigger guard and it will move a good half inch either direction. Is that normal with these holsters I haven't noticed this on other kydex holsters I've owned. The gun doesn't come out of the holster seems to be secure in there, just bothers me that it moves
@@travisp11 Tried that, it seems to be moving at a pinch point around the rear of the trigger guard. Im wondering if maybe i got one that didnt mold correctly. It works and I did carry with it for 3 days now. Sometimes I can hear it rattle in the holster. Im gonna get a replacement and try it, outside of that it seem sto be a great quality holster.
Looks like a pretty nice holster. I use Vedder light tuck holsters rattlesnake print. And got to say you're working out is paying off you can tell you've lost a lot of weight
Just bought one for my LCP 380 it fits like a glove and even works with my Houge Handall grip .

Good to know! They are one of the lowest cost Kydex holsters out there. I will do an update on it in a few months

I think that a good IWB holster should have some foam or other soft padding.
You can get pads that stick on the sides but to me it just adds bulk.
