Thanks Nick! A great one. 4 grams of lecithin? Quite a lot, more than you need to emulsify the mix. Is there another benefit to adding more than strictly needed?
Just a note: I notice you quickly turn the 4080 timer back to zero in a number of your videos when you feel the ice cream is done. I checked with the manufacturer and they were very clear about never trying to turn the timer backwards but rather just let it run out. They stated: "...if you try to turn it back you potentially break the internal gears so just let it unwind naturally."
I get this almost every month. I’ve done it with every Musso machine I’ve owned for years, I’m happy doing it and have never had an issue, even on my 5 year old 5030 which I do it to every day. If you don’t want to risk it, just leave it to run out. I like to live life on the edge 😂😂
Simply genius. Another great ice cream. Probably not your favorite as you tend lean towards chocolates but how about mimicking haagen dazs Vanilla Swiss Almond. Store bought is not the same it used to be when you can find it.

It really depends on the mix, I find only very few can take this much and it be of benefit.
