- What's goin on 29 Crew. Today I'm taking you onboard Amtrak's California Zephyr to go from the city of Chicago all the way to the west coast out to the San Fransisco Bay area Emeryville CA. Come join me on my three-part series to see how my experience on Amtrak's California Zephyr turned out. And watch how me and my train-mates bring in the new year on the rails.

Oh, really soon, I will be hitting up some vegan restaurants over here in Hawaii.
And yes, that vegan chili was good!! So if you and your wife ever want to go on Amtrak, they do have vegan options on their menu. Take your wife on a trip on Amtrak across the US, you two will love it!!
# 1 I like the Amtrak constant. # 2 the food reviews and when the videos are longer even better. I’m going through a break up and watching your content along with @zanetravels and @sly’slife been getting me through it 😅 I want to start traveling by myself, but nervous 😂
Yes, YES!!!! I encourage you to get out and travel the country, hell travel the world!! I feel the best way to get over someone is to go out and do things you weren't doing when you were with that person. Let them get jealous all you are seeing and what they are missing out on. And don't be nervous about traveling, once you do some traveling, you would want to do more of it. Keep watching videos like this from all sorts of content creators to get all the travel advise so you can get out of where you are and to see the world.

That's awesome!! I hope you enjoy every minute of your trip. Especially since you will have a lot of sunlight to view all the sights more than myself and everyone who ride during the winter. Make sure you get a sleeper so you can experience better comfort.

@jamesmoninger1982 Thank you!! Living in Hawaii, there's no trains here, so I gotta make the best effort to do videos like this. My next train adventure will be from Austin Texas, to Los Angeles on the Texas Eagle in February.
@@marty-mar29 I live in Hawaii, too! I always wanted to take a long-haul trip on Amtrak but I am not going to make it. It was nice to experience it through your videos.
@jamesmoninger1982 One of these days, you have to just go for it!! Don't let the cost of anything keep you from doing something that you would like to do. Trust me, it's worth it to experience this trip first hand!!
That is funny you get to celebrate New Years Day twice.

Obviously somebody was sitting with you, the camera operator. Ended video after that
No one was sitting with me. I was all by myself. I don't get paid for doing this. I can't afford to pay someone to be a camera operator. I do everything for myself. I'm the planner, the face, the camera operator/mounter, the director, and the editor all my videos. Anything involving making these videos, I do for myself. Whenever you see certain shots, that is just a special camera called the Insta360. You should get one for yourself to see what you can do with it. But, I appreciate you thinking I can afford a camera operator. One of these days, I will be able to afford someone to do it, one of these days!!
