Wet Brine Recipe:
1 Gallon of Water
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of Kosher Salt
Dry Brine:
1 Cup Seasoned Salt
1 Cup Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Cloves
1 Tablespoon of Celery Seed
