Wet Brine vs. Dry Brine: Which one is better. That's the question I wanted answered in this brisket point experiment.
Here are the key components:
Wet Brine Recipe:
1 Gallon of Water
1 Cup of Sugar
1 Cup of Kosher Salt
Dry Brine:
1 Cup Seasoned Salt
1 Cup Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Cloves
1 Tablespoon of Celery Seed
