Bought this gun a few weeks ago and finally shot it today and I’m in love. Feels and shoots great. I upgraded to a Pro Cut slide from Sig and installed a Romeo 1 Pro. Sending the slide back to Sig to upgrade the sights so they co-witness with the Optic.
Can you tell me where did you bought Pro Cut Slide for it? Thanks

I bought one two weeks ago and already ordered the pro cut slide. Awesome pistol and much better value over the older standard P320 compact
Awesome review. Probably one of the most ergonomic and accurate pistols I've ever shot/owned. I ended up selling it because of the whole p320 NG issue, but man, I loved this gun.
Nothing beats the original P226 or P229
I agree somewhat. Striker fired polymer handguns do have their place in the market today but I personally enjoy a good hammer fired DA/SA handgun like the 228/M11-A1.

Indeed a tough choice but I believe you made the right one. The M11 isn’t going anywhere and from where I’ve seen things trending, guns are getting cheaper while ammo seems to either be getting higher or staying stagnant with pricing.
@@fearlessleader8623 lol true, you made the right choice Ammo is more important than more guns but I feel your "pain" lol...miss my P229 it was a great pistol.
Bought one today. Note the new ones do not have the removable rear sights finally!

Meh........Im not a Sig fan really. Shot the P320 and it was just OK in my humble opinion. I dont care for the grip angle. Good review, and keep up the great unboxing!!!

The X Carry felt good to me 🤷♂️ I want one now lol.. I've got the PPQ M2 and it has a nice grip too but the sights kinda suck for factory sights🤦♂️

This was a great weapon, but I ended up going back with the Glock 19! Just my personal preference. Both are very great weapons
Man if Sig releases an P320 XCompact that's similar in size to the P320 Compact (3.9" barrel and slightly longer slide as opposed to a 3.6" barrel and shorter slide), that would be my ideal P320. Instead, I would have to buy a longer slide and barrel if I start from the XCompact or get a discountinued XCarry, a 15 round mag, and the shorter XCompact grip. I know this was primarily made for conceal carry, but a slight longer slide and barrel would still make it easy to conceal while making the gun more fun/accurate to shoot.

Sweet video as always. I have a question for you. Is there a reason you help guide down the slide after racking back and locking it in most of your vids? I only ask because who doesnt love the sound of a slide racking forward by way of the slide lock lol.
I mainly do that because of how close I am to the microphone as well as to keep the gun in brand new condition. I’ll leave it up to the customer on whether they wanna do that or not.
Trust me, I love the sound as well and have made a habit of using it on all of my personally owned guns. I have to tell myself every time to not use the slide release.

I have the same gun. It shoots *almost* as good as my PPQ. Almost. But my PPQ doesn't have an optic cut. Who makes an optic with a 5 to 6 moa GREEN dot that will fit SIG's cut on THIS P320?
My mags don't have the 5, 10, 15rd indicators. Interesting.

Nope. The M18 is a 3.9" slide and the X-Compact has a 3.6" slide. The M18 is comparable to the X-Carry that I can't friggin find ANYWHERE, for months now

Can the P320 X Compact be fitted with a manual thumb safety? I only ask because my S&W M&P40 has one on it from being my late step-dad’s pistol. At this moment in time I prefer a manual safety due to having two small kids in the house.
The manual safety on the 320 is built into the fire control unit (FCU). The FCU is the metal internal frame that is classified as the “firearm”.
I’m really not sure if the FCU is modifiable to accept a manual safety. You will also run into an issue with fitting the safety selector into the x series grip module on this particular model. There isn’t a cutout for it.
My suggestion would be to check out the P320 M18 w/ manual safety. This should give you the size you are looking for with the safety and if you prefer the x series grip module then you could purchase the manual safety version with the cutout.

This is a beautiful pistol, but Is it a good choice for a beginner? I am about to buy my first pistol and am wondering whether I should go after something closer to full size (like Glock 19, CZ P-10C, H&K SPF9). For me this is more a concealed carry gun and I imagine it might be a bit too small and against steep learning curve for beginner. Is my thinking correct?
This gun is a direct competitor to the Glock 19, holds 15 rounds, and is closer to full size. It's definitely not a micro-9, so it shouldn't be difficult to learn on.
Hey where can I find mags for this gun? When I check sig website they say sig p320 compact mags will that work? Its 15 rounds
can I put gas pedal on right side, for left hander? 😅

Could you please measure the trigger reach distance? I got a relatively small hand and short index finger. Want see if this one’s trigger reach is shorter than Glock 43X. Thanks
I have a small hand and my grip is bad on the firearm. I just ordered a small grip module. Once I get it I will let you know the difference
