I found your channel when I saw you at the auction looking at Oliver. Was so happy when you were finally able to load him and heading home. The fact that you stopped to give him a break and drink from the pond. That touched my heart. Decided to watch your other videos. This one where you name Faith and pray over her. That touched my heart and soul. The spirit of fear had to leave. What a change in Faith! I am enjoying your channel.

Faith. What a perfect name for a beautiful horse. You can tell she senses that you are not going to be aggressive with her. The gentleness but confidence you have with her seems to make her feel safe. She needed that. Yes, another awesome video! I received your response back regarding your daughters and their horse experience. So good to see Rebekah out meeting the new horse Faith. Faith is a beauty, I love the name that has been chosen for her, she appears to like it and it suits her well. Nice to actually see your wife too, we spoke over the phone a while back, so a shout out to her too. One of my Mustangs, Molly reminds me a lot of Faith. I look forward to be seeing more work that you and Rebekah will be doing with little Faith.

Loved the immediate name change losing the negativity of the last name that wasnt working out to a positive one & I never would've thought to pray over her like that & ask for the things you did it was truly magical/Spiritual I could see the change come down over her like the holy spirit washing down over her - & her starting to be friendly as u made friends with her slowly patiently what a difference! You’ve got to be the most calming person for any horse to be with. To be honest, I could sense the stress coming off the lady you bought her off, she was wound tight I thought. I just LOVE your channel! I grew up with horses but, unfortunately, the men in their lives from my step-dad, to their farrier, to the stranger at the State Fair, did not treat them kindly. Your renaming ceremony for Faith was so beautiful and it reminded me of Dr. Masaru Emoto and his experiments with water. Thank you to you and your family for creating such lovely content.

I think a lot of problems are actually the owners who have an inner fear of horses,obviously they won't admit to it but if that fear is there any horse will sense it...well done you..
Some people claim that changing a horse's name is bad luck, but I feel like changing my horse's name meant a new forever life with me. His name was Dusty when I got him over 9 yrs. ago. I named him Kajin. Dusty just never seemed like it fit. Like when something is sitting around being ignored, not touched, it gets dusty. I made a promise to him that he would never have another owner. He had over 7 owners (at least!) before me! So there was a LOT of trust issues, confidence, fear and letting him know he could trust me. He's just an amazing horse now and still going strong at 23 yrs. old! He's a TWH.
God is so good! He knew what he was doing! Maybe your heart horse or another one lol. All of mine were my whole heart. We played tag, had lunches, and had sleepovers. I miss them. Horribly. Thanks for letting me live through your eyes!

This is such a Beautiful Video---I pray that more and more people watch this, the power of Prayer, and your loving wisdom to Re-Name a horse with a spiritual name. I get so upset when people give their animals vile or hateful names---it's cursing the animal, in some instances. Thank you. I have noticed when I pray, or sing quietly little songs of praise to God or Holy Spirit---my animals crowd around me. One cat especially begins purring so loudly and becomes so happy!

Its too similar, mine was also untouched until age 3, just grown up in a paddock .The way she grunts and sighs noisily reminds me of my rescue Australian stock horse. But shes is very smart and got good looks. She will now follow me around in a paddock, but it took months before i can touch her and now its still hard catching her in an open paddock. I just gave her shampoo and conditioner treatment yesterday and she was very non reactive. Love from Australia!

Okay. I like the changing of the name. That’s a good start. It typically takes a horse about 30 day and in some cases more to settle into new surroundings. Often the change of surroundings can be a positive factor. This time should be used for gaining trust and being present. As far as the prayers go, if that is what it takes for you to project calmness and good vibes, I’m all for whatever works. These reactive horses are in my opinion the most dangerous to handle. It often doesn’t take much to upset them and when they explode, it’s sudden. Just from the short part in the beginning of the video, I could see a bunch of factors upsetting that horse. Each would need to be addressed individually and then compounded together. I could talk about this kind of horse for hours. I wish you luck and hope you can get her over her past experiences. Be safe!

Animals for sure can sense whether a person is good or not so good. Not saying the lady who had her was bad, but this horse was sensing danger from her for whatever reason. Maybe she had yelled at the horse before this day, or pushed her too hard instead of taking the time to go slow and build trust. With you sir, I could almost hear what she was thinking......ya, this guy is nice, I can feel real nice energy from him. He isn't jerking me, he isn't raising his voice, he is connecting with me...ok so I will give him back a bit of the same. I believe in the power of prayer as well, it works on any living thing if you have FAITH. God gave us the dominion over all the creatures of this earth, they will bond if the human has what it takes. I hope there are other videos of her with you training her and riding her. Also, was Faith supposed to go back to the lady or did you buy her, or was she given to you by the lady. Just wondering.

That woman was really trying and did as good as she could that horse needed professional help. The new owner I sold her too just contacted me this week and said she is a great horse and is very happy with her.

We were not the best on update videos at this point. A couple months into Faith being with us we had someone call wanting to meet her and the person ended up taking her home! The person and Faith really bonded and worked out well.
Please get the plastic covers over round pen connections. Horse gets leg caught in taper between panels 😊

How would you go about this with a horse that bolts along with these reactions? My horse has the same overreactive fearful behaviors but she rips the lead rope out of my hands and if she was tied would flip herself backwards just to get loose
i’m trying this on my new gelding tomorrow. he is very reactive and i haven’t been able to bond with bim
It helps the trainer as much as the horse good luck. Stay tuned I am just getting ready to start riding her so watch for new videos.

What a beautiful video! I may not being seeing this correctly. Please don’t wrap the rope lead around your fingers! If the baby takes off fast and hard enough you’ll lose them or at minimum break them. 😢❤
Seemed like it was the dog making the horse nervous... but I'm no expert horse trainer. The horse seemed to react to the dog and where the dog was standing.
Dogs make me nervous sometimes too. 🤷🏻♂️

She actually already found a new home. She was here for about 7ish months. Jr rode her A-LOT and she got over all the reactions, fear etc. she fell hard for Jr lol. She was kinda a “one person horse”
A lady contacted us looking for a trail partner and she came out and rode her and loved her, Faith fit well with her.
Last we heard she still loves Faith and they get along perfectly.
