It's not just FedEx. USPS is marking delivery exceptions and saying things like the delivery location was not accessible or blocked when in reality no attempt was ever made. Then they say you have to pick it up from the USPS!
FEDEX ARE HORRIBLE. I have had more issues with them than any other carrier in Atlanta, yet they have enough money to payout 20 million dollars to the PGA FEDEX tournament in Atlanta. Maybe you need to focus on your customer’s first.
Running a small business, this location has been nothing but problems for us for the last three years. Especially their local freight department. It's a shame, as our regular residential driver is great. Unfortunately, he's stuck working with incompetence within their systems and warehouse.
3hr 45 m total on the phone last week.2 trips to fletcher warehouse. 2 of my customers now didnt get their crawlspaces encapsulated before Xmas. Lies lies lies most of the time we talked. Still had to pay my guys though
Had the same issue very recently!!! But I bet their stocks are up, and the profit margin looks great, right?!? Time for ‘C’-level exec pay bumps! (Sarcasm there) (Edit) I’d like to know one other thing… How does one even *speak* with a FedEx person these days??? In my very recent bad experiences, I found ALL the location phone numbers are the same generic number, which just takes you to the same menu. Trying to get additional/useful information out of that, or the online chatbot, is infuriating and pointless!!!
"How does one even speak with a FedEx person these days???" Have your brain coordinate your lips, jaw, tongue and larynx. Expel air over the vocal cords to produce a range of sounds as determined by the positions of your lips, jaw, and tongue. That's how one can speak with a FedEx person.

At the end, the journalist said, "We've seen trucks, etc.....", but she didn't mention Fed Ex trucks.
A CYA remark? Most likely.
My packages set on their trucks for days and then they return them to the manufactures.
Your claim is factually incorrect.

They are probably driving around looking for a bar.
