They could have a "blue flag" like in Formula One racing where slower riders are signalled that they are being lapped soon. Also definitely use the pit lane for spares. Could introduce an optional feeding zone such as in cycling races where you can have your own nutrition handed to you by someone on the run.
I got to be a volunteer at the race and to be able to see the swim part up close was amazing. To be able to see the run entrance up close and see the bikes pass by 3 mts away is priceless. With a course like this, it’s possible to get spectators safely close to the action. Imagine the cheering through out the whole race. That would not only be amazing for the athletes, but for promoting the sport. Allow people to be around the track and promote it, so you get crowds and hope around it.
I think it would be cool if there was monitoring of the racers data. Like when you watch the race the pace ( and watts on the bike) would be shown on the screen so you could be able to actually compare everyone not only from their position
I like how you give credit where it's due and never make excuses for your performances , and when you get knocked down, you quickly get up again with the most positive attitude--the marks of a true champion. Cheers, Lucy.
Lucy is such a prime example of how to keep cool and making the most out of the situatin; we can all learn from her example and it can be so helpful in racing performance and life itself! Well done, this was such a great performance!
Honestly, I’m super impressed with how tough Lucy is in these races. Limping out of t2 and spotting the field two minutes and she still did fantastic. To make these races more exciting: I’d suggest using more of the finish line stuff 🏁 I’d also love to see big crowds get involved. (Post COVID) Make the atmosphere fun with giveaways, other entertainment like live music, etc.
To make the Nascar circuit races more different- Night time racing under floodlights. To allow for pyrotechnics and music to create a colosseum atmosphere.
Thank you Lucy for being so open and honest. To add some spice to the race, I would like to add a speed gun on both the run and the bike (with live leaderboard so the athletes can see it!!). Fastest riders through gains some time bonuses... it clearly comes with some risk for the athletes, as burning a match at a point through the lap breaks the constant power dream. Risk and reward.
Having the race start at sunset so it’s dark for the bike, cameras on the top ten ranked athletes helmets for audio feedback of the race, pit stops amazing idea, and drafting allowed. I reeeaaaaalllyyyy want your t-shirt!!!! :) good race Lucy, gréât job on the first race back!
Have marked out passing lanes for turns where riders might get confused on passing. That way while you are racing you don't have to think about what to do as much just follow the lanes. It is already hard to find your head in a race as it is. Love these race venues because it gives pro athletes a way to race and be able to have spectators get excited about watching. Long course racing is to hard to watch, but this is so awesome!
Such a class act Team Charles Barclay! We are all here cheering for you guys to have your dream race day! I would add a pit crew to the pit lane concept. Crew members could be selected similar to how Team LCB members were chosen.
I think having a live tracking map (also for other races like Kona) with all athletes should be a nice and good move. That makes watching it even more exciting. Warm greetings from Germany
Make it a weekend pro series. Friday and Saturday with different distance each day. Friday sprint early and Olympic in the afternoon and on Saturday the longer distance being done at night. This still gives the amateurs all day on Sunday to themselves. Great race Lucy!
I would change the passing rule of course! But also It would have been funny to see the pros do a loop in one of the NASCAR cars!:) I do also think the filming around the race and upcoming to it (Talbot and Holly), was the best I’ve seen!!!
Congrats and great racing! I really enjoyed the race. So sorry that Reece fell into some mechanicals. What would be interesting to watch is a T1 where you have to assemble your own rear wheel.
I found that the coolest thing of this race was de PROAM race!!!! Every race should have one of this! Excellent opportunity to get to know and share with the pros we follow and cheer all season long
Be able as a fan to see you closer , more spots where to stand by and cheer ! As a competitor, make rules easier in the bike since the course is already challenging with the turns.. you did amazing 🤩
Something that can go over all races, is more metrics for the fans to see. Looking at cycling and velon its really cool to see live stats, power, hr speed etc... might give another dynamic for watching
Well done Lucy! Loved Lola wearing the helmet, she looked very cool 😎 (1)Have spectator tunnels like the ones used in Highgates 'Night of the 10,000m PBs' it would provide a boost for the athletes and is fun for the spectators being close to the action (obviously when this is safe to do) (2) Have team cars that can provide nutrition, spare wheels or even a whole bike (like you said)
i think a night race having the run with big bright lights and colors would be fun and almost with a triathlon festival in the center of the venue to have attractions or games and have people watch the race from there too!
Lucy you are amazing !!! I would add to the race a pre dismount zone so you can be warning in advance to slow down and be prepared for de dismount zone. You are so strong and fast on the bike 👊🏼 Congratulations 🎉👏🏼
Great race Lucy! I agree - pits as the transition area with access to crew. Music over the loud speakers. I also think the bike section could be longer if it’s just oval. Great content!
Joke idea (totally not a joke) - Get some obstacles involved! I'm talking inflatables in the swim, mix up of kits in the transitions/ traffic lights on the bike/ new rule for each lap/ etc 😅 once spectators can come back get them involved with picking tasks in the week build up with additional donations going to charity! Serious idea - Somewhere like Miami a late evening/ Night race may actually not be a bad idea, it would eliminate the temperature challenge many (such as Paula) said was such an issue and could be crazy cinematic viewing with a setup a place like NASCAR already has installed. Anyway, amazing race Lucy, can't wait to see what's next for you!🇬🇧
Lucy nice to saw you back on the race. Nice to have a Challenge on a circuit like this, was amazing race cause the flow and the attitude was right. Wow you’ve go the magic. Mind, body, soul🤙🏽
Well done Lucy, and Reece!! Your time will come! Race flags are the most obvious, impactful, change I think.. gives another dimension to race tactics. Love the idea of the pitstop.. I wouldn't necessarily agree with a whole new bike but new wheels/chain yes. Part of the excitement of superleague triathlon is the technical courses, switching between disciplines so that would be class too, but I do love a run finish to tri (favourite discipline)
I'd use the pitlane or access roads to create a shorter Joker Lap which can be used once to allow passes to be tactically made without needing to surge through a large group, whether lapping or overtaking others following a slower swim.
Congratulations on the race, the wind seemed very strong. My suggestion is that the races, just like in the mountain bike world cup races, should be in two stages, worth points, a short race (with athletes leaving every 30 seconds from the lowest ranked to the best ranked on Friday) and a long race on Sunday. Another thing, when the pandemic passes, come to Brazil to compete in Ironman Brazil, you will love the place, the race and the crowd.
For courses like Miami or Daytona I´d love to see night races. And when the pandemic situation is save for us, the race can be supported by a concert or anything like this. I think this would be fun to watch and also a new level of racing for the athletes
Great video Lucy. To make things better why not have a pit stop zone for each rider. Each pro could have an area for dealing with mechanical issues. Spare wheels, co2/pump, basic and extra nutrition incase any is dropped could be kept there. Not as a planned stop area but somewhere that is easily accessible so your race isn't automatically over if something goes wrong with equipment.
Live Race Data 100%. Triathlete names, positions and live power/speed data shown on the screen would be amazing (and humbling for normal humans!) Pro cycling are just starting to do this on timetrials and it would really help us understand the incredible ability of the triathletes. Great effort given the set backs Team Charles-Barclay, keep grinding!
Love watching your videos, I love the energy you bring! I think it would be so cool to see more live stats as the race is going, or perhaps more commentating with coaches - what they would expect a pro to do in a given situation vs what the athlete actually does
Thanks for doing this giveaway! My idea centers more around the video coverage of the race. When the men started their swim, the video broadcast switched entirely to them. Meanwhile, most of us felt like we were missing the exciting womens' run! So my idea is to either time the events so that the women finish before the men start their race so we can see both events to their finish, or provide us with a "split screen" view so we can see both events at the same time!
That was your win Lucy! You will get that first place spot this YEAR! Reece will shine as well very soon! Proud of you guys and can say that you guys seem to be just GOOD people! Cheers and best of luck this year! NXE
First, well done Lucy! Bummer to hear about Reece's puncture :( As for suggestion to make it more exciting, similar to the TdF in cycling, would love to see certain athletes with a GoPro small size action camera on the bike perspective and displaying the telemetry (power/HR/etc) to the audience. Cheers!!
so impressed with the performance - great to see you racing again. some errors but plenty of learning and a 2nd place. Can we improve the races by including the nascars in there too. Reckon health and safety would sign that off. I do love the enclosed venues. think they are fab!!
A fastest bike lap or section with a cash prize. Racing as a pair similar to the track races where 2 riders are in a team. Or 3 races of sprint, standard and middle over 3 days with all results counting, could include so the cost of hiring the circuit is covered. Well done Lucy, you smashed it!
OMG I didn't even think of wat you suggested Lucy. I agree 100%! What an amazing idea. Being new to triathlon I would think that you would have all of that available to you as a pro racer, given an opportunity to still be in the race even though you've had a flat tyre or a bike issue!
Lucy, congratulations on an amazing performance at Challenge Miami! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your training, journey, and race. I loved watching your video and you inspire me every day. Looking forward to seeing you compete in Kona this year. Happy training and carry on being awesome.
I have always wanted to see a triathlon race end with the swim. A course like this one would have been the perfect place for it with a controlled swimming area. Would have been great to see Lucy try to swim down athletes for the win.
@@BethanyBlount I'm also worried about the safety of swimming last in some triathlons. It isn't uncommon for professional athletes to collapse really close to the finish line. I don't think we should ask anyone to swim last. Too dangerous...
Live information about HR and wattage (absolute values, as % of..., etc.), it would definitely be a game changer in the way the race and its dynamics would be perceived/read by spectators (it is also something that a huge majority of age group triathletes have always in mind)! Congrats on a great race!
If an athlete is lapped on the bike or run then their race is over. If only a handful of athletes finish the race the remainder of the prize fund is shared equally between those athletes that have been lapped. Great race btw and very harsh penalty.
It is always awesome to see the pros up close. So probably some way for fans to be able to see the pros racing, in a similar fashion as in car racing. Also, just like special needs in full distance, something similar where competitors might fix or improve something from the bike or during the run
Great race on the weekend! Use the corner banking as part of the cycle route. Have the cycle lane route everyone to the top of the embankment on at least one of the turns on the oval circuit.
Sunset swim + Night time ride with Zwift style tron bikes + night run with glow in the dark body paint PLUS pit lane and pit crew for support, AND for an improvement = live feedback / radio to your helmet like nascar/f1 (they can tell lapped riders to give way like in f1) PLUS live music festival on the tarmac afterwards to celebrate with friends, family and fans 🥳🥳🥳🥳
Maybe adding live leaderboards for the athletes to see where they stand and mechanical aid stations. Thanks for sharing your journey with us! Always inspiring & amazing 🤩 Dream team 💪
Pit stops are a great idea - add to that pit stop "competitions" the day before the race. See how fast you pro racers can transition (bike/run), how fast you can change a wheel, etc.
I liked what Lionel did, putting out videos each day of race week that included his interchange with other pros as well as his own training. If several pros did this, it would give more of a look into the lives of the pros.
Since youre usually not allowed to have support by a crew in triathlon to make some form of Pit Stops happen, you could use those pit lanes to spice the whole race up and make it harder for the leaders while making it easier to come back for athletes who are more behind or had some bad luck like Reece did: So my Idea is, to use the Pit Lane as a short Sprint part where every athlete has to put down a sprint through the Pit lane on the bike and the slowest competitors have to to wait a special amount of time before going for the run depending on their "Sprint Ranking" from the Pit Sprints.
Great start of the season. Solid performance and mentally strong even with the penalty and bad transition. Ps. love the trophy/helmet especially on Lola ;-) To bring an extra dimension to the race I would add a DJ-booth combined with a charity event to stimulate spectators and athletes and a neutral zone where athletes can benefit from a spare bike when having a mechanical issues and/or flat tyre.
I love how respectful and humble you are about the penalty. From a practical standpoint, that was ridiculous but it is what it is. Good on you for not taking the victim mindset and being proactive in your approach. I agree that the rule should be changed for closed circuit courses. I think one thing to make this cooler would be onboard cams that can live stream like in the pro cycling world they can be installed without an aero penalty and weight would be a non-issue. Another idea would be to potentially include primes for the three disciplines make it a cash prize or a few seconds off time. Non-standard for tri, but these are non-standard events. Riding and running in an oval can use some smaller carrots. Interesting for spectators and athletes.
You're a great sport, Lucy. Other triathletes are less gracious in dealing with penalties. Keep up the great attitude and the good work. As far as what can you be done to make it cooler. Night racing! I'm thinking how cool the Singapore F1 race looks on TV. Lots of lights, some fireworks, and when time permits, spectators!
I think the pitlane is usable for this type of races! It would change everything if you will have a chance to get new bike and try to get back to the race. In this type of triathlon races i can imagine for example different start times based on previous result (previous race, qualification) by Gundersen method like in Biathlon pursuit races. Look forward to watch you on TrackerApp throught the season! :)
I’d like to see more hype up for the race. Triathlon has a very dedicated and excited fan base who want to follow live. Better media coverage and perhaps even “prime time” racing events could really grow the sport. I found myself waiting to see all the individual athletes post about their race because the general coverage just wasn’t well publicized. You rocked it though and I’m rooting for you in the next one!
I really like your pit lane idea, initially mine was similar but yours topped that one! I just think they need to get the beats pumping are create different music zones around each loop. Different areas have a different vibe/ atmosphere and it’s just creates a bit more hype and thrill. In spite of the trials and tribulations, I think your outing was a bit win! And a great learning experience. Great job Lucy
A co-Ed relay would be the coolest! Finish a portion and tag your teammate. Could switch off half way on the swim. 2-3 times on the bike., and every 1-3 laps on the run. Go team Charles-Barclay!
Well done on the race. It must of been amazing to do a race again after 15 months!! I really like @saaan son's suggestion of EDM and lights. That aside maybe in the lead up to the race, amateurs could take part in virtual races of the bike/run. Then the fastest on the amateur women/men's events also come and take a place in the actual triathlon with the professional
Great format of racing that can be replicated around the world in other automotive racetracks. Agree with the usage of the facilities so each team would have a box to support the athlete and just like with cars you'd have to slow down while in pit lane and accelerate again once safe to do so.
What I would love is: first half of the bike is olympic rules on a road bike and second half is a TT with 70.3 rules. This would bring a crazy dynamic in a race where in the swim you can already guess to stay with a strong swimmer and open a gap on the bike or stay with a bike goat and close the gap in a group before finally go on the TT. I would love that 👌
1. The road can be split with cones designating where lapped riders need to ride, separating the field and preventing interference 2. Small cash bonus for fastest bike and run lap to give everyone including lapped athletes something to work for. 3. All athletes supplied with the same bike computer which feeds to the broadcast so viewers can see athletes’ power/cadence/HR like we can during Zwift races 4. Spare parts in transition area 5. Small cameras on the bikes
Change the overtaking rule, prioritise the shortest line & safety when overtaking a backmarker. It is unfair race leaders are made to take a longer line for overtaking someone who was being lapped!
Nah I disagree surely if your overtaking you go round them not cut inside it’s this way in athletics in the pool even on the roads the person being overtaken shouldn’t have to get out of their way
@@benji1681 Not familiar with biking but when running on a track, the slower runners almost always shift to the outside for the leaders if they are about to get lapped. Many race directors make it a requirement.
Obviously not any of these three disciplines, but - From my experience with classic Nordic ski races, it is common to see faster skiers overcoming slower skier yell “tracks!” and then the slower skier will jump out of the tracks to allow the faster skiers to pass. Not sure if that’s a legitimate rule or just an unwritten one
The race is already so cool when you are taking part that is very hard thinking about how to be cooler :-). Anyways, my suggestion is to mount an action camera to every racer to be part of the broadcaster images. It would also be helpfull to judge penalties like yours.
Amazing how calm and collected you were about the penalty, that cool head is gonna see you dominate Kona. I think seeing live data from the bike would be good, athletes wearing foot pods to see run power as well would be great
Well done on a super performance guys, I felt particularly sorry for Reece but that's sport for ya. A diving pontoon like Super League Tri to re-enter the water on the second swim lap would be a spectacle. A neutral car mechanic on the bike would be a good thing to support all athletes if needs be.
Great Race Lucy and Reece. Awesome to see you guys back at it. My recommendation would be to use the PTO ranking to form male and female teams that are fairly matched and give an extra prize stipend for top 3 male/female combined team times.
I think that it would be cool to have everybody wear the same kit. I've no idea if that would be possible with sponsors but it would be interesting to see if kit/bike makes a huge difference. I also think that having a pit lane would be epic!
Ultra Ironman Relay races, with pitstop use providing nutrition/team-coaching/mechanicals/close proximity media engagement/ Great race and glad you weren't seriously hurt! Way to overcome your obstacles and sorry for Reece's mechanical. You're right though; give it time and it will come. You still have to settle into regular race schedules and when it happens you two will be a serious power-couple to contend with. Cheers and thanks for the vlog^^
Add a GoPro to everyone's bike (same aero/weight disadvantage for all) for those sick POV shots and audio (!). That would be an amazing addition for the viewers at home. We didn't even see what happened when you got the penalty!
Great race Lucy!! To make these races more exciting, I would like to be able to ride along with the athletes during the bike. Similar to the in-car experience for NASCAR. And also to be able to switch between riders to see someone, for example, closing the gap or doing their awesome bike dismount!! 😂
I think utilising the venue to its full potential like you suggested, also having crowds (when allowed), having live data from the athletes produced via an app (speed, cadence, power etc) these are all things we all track, why not make it so stat lovers can see all these live! Similar to how Strava produces them but being able to view every athletes progress!
Simultaneously start men and women!! Based on the finish times there will be tons of extra excitement throughout the race. A little more crowded and dangerous, but way more exciting!
I love your idea of either having a spare wheel/tyre or even a completely spare bike for each athlete. I think this would benefit a load of athletes during triathlons. My idea is that to also have a spare pair of trainers for the athletes in case their lace breaks or rips a whole in their shoe. It would be cool to do it in the dark but have the race course lit up with maybe different coloured led lights (so that it is safe to race) Well done on your race and a well done to Reece for the part of his race that he was able to complete! Sending love and prayers 💖🖤💙✝️ ✝️✝️✝️
FANS are needed. I watched Dubai the day prior. Miami was better by far. Fans and more atmosphere created around you and fans. Music, big screens, etc. same as NBA. The swimming cap please Lucy 😍 it would be my motivation for the swim. I have a solid running and biking.
In case of problems with cycling, an extra or outside help from a teammate is standard. Possibly someone who can provide extra water for the bicycle in case of thirst. Possibly the race track could be closed with a roof so you don't always get cold and then when the roof is closed, special lights. And then motivational music for you so that you get even more excited.
Keep the first half of the bike on the flat portion of the motorway and then after about lap 8 or 10, finish on the banked part of the motorway for a velodrome-like section. Helps to spread the field out to eliminate the effect of lapped athletes without removing them from the course and brings an interesting technical and tactical change. Not sure how TT bike geometry would play into this because track bikes are unique, but could be fun.
A cool addition to triathlon could be some sort of intermediate finish line for bonus seconds. Something like first out of the water gets X amount of seconds, or first off the bike, or fastest mile run on the run portion of the race. Something to create little races within the overall race. This is done in cycling with sprint points and mountain top finishes and I think it would make these races a bit more exciting
Well done Lucy.... great racing! Good luck for 2021. My suggestion is to make the race order optional. Athletes chose the order in which to compete. So you could run swim bike for example. Athletes would need to inform organisers maybe an hour before the race what they are doing. Kind of like a football team announcing the line up an hour before kick off.
I believe an extra bike is very appropriate in the event of anything going wrong with your ability to finish a race. They do it in surfing and baseball when they break a bat. Through those trials and tribulations you still very good!! Congratulations 🙌🏻🇬🇧
Event Suggestion: I thought this after watching Daytona too. As you are on a banked circuit, why not throw in a hard right (if going anti-clockwise) and go straight up the banking to the top. Then left turn followed by a sweeping right hander back down to the bottom of the track. Effectively you end up with a one (or maybe one at each end) short power climbs per lap - a bit like the cobbled climb in Crit City - Zwift ;-)
Add a “short shoot” on the bike, a little like super league. Perhaps 2 of them over the course of the bike, so that you can open a gap or get onto a group. Could be used very tactically. Brings weaker swimmers back into contention or allows those in a bike pack to get a clear run in/out of T2.
I think that a large electronic sign that counts laps for each athlete, along with showing splits or gaps to other races could be mounted near the Transition zone and visible in each lap. This would help the racers to know if they are gaining or losing time. Wireless Race radio earpieces mounted in the riders’ bike helmets would achieve a similar effect but real time and would be possible to achieve even with the swim.
Every athlete should be able to use some kind of a boost for one lap on the bike and you are free to choose when to use this boost. The boost could be like one lap of drafting behind a car or motorbike or maybe something like a flat escalator (well, this would be hella dangerous :D). But yeah, i think some kind of boost would be really interesting because you have to choose wisely when and how to use it.
On the leaderboard: Instead of speed display time gained/lost on the leader after every lap. Also highlight position changes better (maybe some green/red up/down arrows on the board) Maybe also have a small map of the course in a corner like in car-racing computergames. On there you could show a colored dot for the leader and the current camera.
Hi guys, great race!! I think it will be interesting to see female/male teams doing relays, sort of half and half of each leg. This kind of circuit allows for relays easily. Hope you guys can have a year pack of interesting and successful performances.
They could have a "blue flag" like in Formula One racing where slower riders are signalled that they are being lapped soon. Also definitely use the pit lane for spares.
I think it would be so cool to see more live stats as the race is going, or perhaps more commentating with coaches - what they would expect a pro to do in a given situation vs what the athlete actually does
There could be a live mini map to see where all triathletes are.
Gr8 race!!! Cameras on the bikes would be next level 🏁
Technical assistance and and New rule for the leader to overtake. You took the best ideas Lucy 😂👍👍👏💯🥇
Great video. Particularly like your honest appraisal of the race. Shows real humility.
Cheers!!
Add a neutral service on the course so mechanicals don't play such an important role in the result of the race.
How cool would it be to see HR measurements of athletes in real time. Something like that is already done for beach volleyball competitions.
so impressed with the performance - great to see you racing again. some errors but plenty of learning and a 2nd place.
Would have been great to see Lucy try to swim down athletes for the win.
superleague has had that for a while
A whole reverse triathlon would certainly be a change of pace. I'd be concerned about the safety of swimming when so fatigued.
@@BethanyBlount I'm also worried about the safety of swimming last in some triathlons. It isn't uncommon for professional athletes to collapse really close to the finish line. I don't think we should ask anyone to swim last. Too dangerous...
@@solen8664 I think Ryan is talking about middle and long distance triathlon, not the short events like the Arena Games that Super League does.
Live information about HR and wattage (absolute values, as % of..., etc.), it would definitely be a game changer in the way the race and its dynamics would be perceived/read by spectators (it is also something that a huge majority of age group triathletes have always in mind)! Congrats on a great race!
I think pit boards would a fun addition to update athletes of what's happening throughout the race
Like in old cycling. This does' t exist anymore as they have hearphones
@@drym3943 Yeah but pit boards are just cooler 😃🕺🏾
I would add the fans! Sadly only in our dreams at the moment. The atmosphere would be absolutely unreal. Glad to see you loved being back racing Lucy
There should be a night race where there’s EDM music and lights blasting
We're not ready for Tron
I thought of this too with glow in the dark jerseys, neon bike lights, and reflective paint.
Not sure how the swim would work at night unless they can light up the water. I like the night race idea the best. Tron theme FTW
@@jonfish2132 swimming in the sunset
Sounds really cool but hopefully they can make it safe.
RELAY!! In such a closed arena it would be so cool to have a relay race swim bike run :)
Despite of the penalty, you still got the podium. Truly amazing and real champ. Congratulations Lucy!
Always inspiring & amazing 🤩
Dream team 💪
Good to have cameras on the bikes and athletes to be mic up so spectators can hear how they are doing throughout the race. Nice race LCB congrats
To make this race even better, they should allow a flying dismount! Epic move!!!
Keep the good work, Lucy!!!!!
4 words! NIGHT TIME TRON BIKES - LED spokes and helmets making it a visual spectacle 😎
I would love that 👌
1. The road can be split with cones designating where lapped riders need to ride, separating the field and preventing interference
2. Small cash bonus for fastest bike and run lap to give everyone including lapped athletes something to work for.
3. All athletes supplied with the same bike computer which feeds to the broadcast so viewers can see athletes’ power/cadence/HR like we can during Zwift races
4. Spare parts in transition area
Ultra Ironman Relay races, with pitstop use providing nutrition/team-coaching/mechanicals/close proximity media engagement/
Great race and glad you weren't seriously hurt!
I am so stoked that you're gonna race short-course at Super League. You're gonna be awesome, Lucy!!
It would be great to see a co-ed relay. There are some dream teams that would be so much fun to watch in this environment.
Also highlight position changes better (maybe some green/red up/down arrows on the board)
Maybe also have a small map of the course in a corner like in car-racing computergames. On there you could show a colored dot for the leader and the current camera.
Hi guys, great race!! I think it will be interesting to see female/male teams doing relays, sort of half and half of each leg. This kind of circuit allows for relays easily. Hope you guys can have a year pack of interesting and successful performances.
