The one point which I agree AND would counter is the Steve Harvey quote 'do what comes easiest to you, rather than chase your dreams'. I totally agree that we should look inwardly and lean on our strengths. Sometimes, however, something can become effortless and easy through hard work and mastery of a skill.

Definitely one of the most candid conversations I’ve heard about trading and doing business.
Take aways for me:
1. Treat trading like a business it will pay you like one.
2. Personal development and self awareness is key for mastering the trader’s psychology.
3. There’s no one way to trade the markets find your edge. Risk Mgmt is King it gives you staying power. And your lot size will determine what you can afford.
4. Enjoy the fruits of your labour don’t go quit your job to become a slave to the charts.

@31:00 This is so true. Everyone loves the idea of leaving the UK (and the West in general) but not many walk the walk and commit to leaving their environment, family, comfort. I've understood from this that your reasoning has to be grounded into something far more meaningful than just weather or just wanting change as they are temporary pursuits. Literally, everyone states the have intentions to leave to a better place as admittedly the UK is in precipitous decline, but only those who are disciplined, grounded and prepared will survive in the long-term in their pursuit of making it out.
Yes indeed it takes planning and courage to make such a drastic change 💙🙏🏽
