- Der Liebherr HS 882 HD der Fa. Gran (www.Seilbagger-Gran.de) räumt in einer Kiesgrube im ersten Schritt Schmutzkies ab und haldet dann in einem zweiten Schritt den Oberkies auf.
Der Bagger (Baujahr 1991) ist mit 23 Meter Ausleger und Hendrix 7 MH-S (~5,5 m³) Schürfkübel ausgestattet.

Ich war auf anderen Draglineseiten unterwegs. als mir dann Gran Seilbagger vorgeschlagen wurde hab ich deine Videos durchgeschaut.
Ahh... vielen Dank für die Info... Ja.. wenn man Seilbagger sucht, stolpert man schon irgendwann unweigerlich über meinen Kanal.. ;-)
Für diese Art Arbeit sind diese Schleppkübel wie geschaffen. Weil du mit dem Mast die Höhe perfekt die Höhe halten kannst um dann nur mit dem Schleppseil zu ziehen. Denn auf diese Art und Weise erhält man ein perfekt angelegtes Bodenprofil

sind sogar 3 ;-). Die bekannte von Nyblad überholte Weserhütte W180, der altbekannte Skoda - Unex RY-151 und ein funkelnagelneuer Sennebogen 650 HD

Am I missing something??? Wouldn't this be faster and cleaner with a excavator??
Mark Montano Hi Mark, normally this work would be done with an hydraulik excavator and dump trucks, weeks before the dragline arrives in this gravel pit. But in this case, the owner of the pit wasnt ready when our Liebherr HS882 arrived and so therere was not enough space to dump the extracted gravel from the water, the main purpose of the Liebherr dragline. So we decided to clean a strip of around 25 Meters by ourself.... And for sure its quite faster then the conventional way to do it... the Hendrix bucket takes 5.5cubic metres at one time and the Liebherr can Move it on a distance of around 40 meters in one time... Imagine the same work done just by a 30ton hydraulic excavator... with its 2.2m3 Bucket it would need to handle every stone 2 to 3 times until its moved over the complete distance... and it doesnt need to be very clean, because some days later thousends of tons of fresh gravel will be placed on it. :-)

Benna hendrix molto bella ma forse troppo grande per la macchina che la porta
Ciao, sì, è una pala impressionante. Tuttavia, il Liebherr HS882 li indossa ancora bene. Una pala Hendrix 9TS di circa 7m³ è stata utilizzata sulla stessa macchina per centinaia di ore. In cambio, l'escavatore aveva altre 2 tonnellate in più di zavorra. A presto!
