Upgrades and Shifts thanks to those amazing X rays

The solar flares and this massive poles shift is an earthly representation of what is happening within us too. Since April 8th we have had some poweful energy swings and we are now between timelines and dimensions. I guess this is what we were waiting for.
Stargates are open and portals are too.. focus on love, growth, goodness, ascension and connecting to God and Holy Spirit. As there is positive, there are also negative forces on the arising so please friends, especially us women ( you know who you are), be light workers , welcome the upgrade and take care of this temple as spirit needs room to grow ans do its work.🙏🙏

How do you sleep listening to meditation? Do you use your phone? I try to power all the devices down at night and keep a 'clean' bedroom - thank you!

I downloaded the meditation on Spotify and then I can have my phone on airplane mode. Only way not to have any wireless nearby. So far it seems OK and has not interrupted my sleep as WiFi or wireless normally would so it works:) ❤

Yes ideally no devices but I love those meditations. They have helped my sleep quality actually
