Bypasses the compression created by the seal of the piston rings to the cylinder wall. Also used to aid in reducing the engines rpms when going into a turn or stopping all together. Are some running engine decompressor valves in order to slow for the corners because it seems to sound like that to me. Thank you kindly.
Huh? Never heard of an “engine decompressor valve” before. Old two strokes don’t have valves.
