Tooth of the Arrow let me choose a product of theres to review so I went with the 100 Grain Broadheads. I took them out of the package and then shot them. These broadheads hands down shot just like my field tips. They patterned just as well without anything other than taking them out of the box screwing them on and shooting them. Great review on a fantastic product. I did notice that between shot 1 and 2 there is a new hole high and left ? Where did that come from ?

I just tuned in my 150 grn xl and 125 grn solids. They shot awesome out the box. Even the big boy with the 1 3/16" diameter went in with my field points no problem. If I do my part, these will not hinder the shot. Also get their sharpener, it works great. Makes sharpening these dudes really easy.

Awesome looking head. Shows to be machined out of round stock metal. Wonder what the Rockwell metal hardness is?

Lusk archery did a review and he said the harness on the review I think 45 but I’m not sure they made them not super hard so they could be sharper or something like that

Not super hard so that they are easier to sharpen. Fine line between being hard enough to hold up and to hard to sharpen.

@@toddhatten354 too hard and metal can be brittle depending on the grade & quality. I’ve found the RC hardness of 55 is about as hard as a head needs to be. A little more effort required to resharpen but holds an edge better. Especially if it’s a double bevel edge. I look at arrows like bullets- very expendable. So, if it is destroyed or lost ?

Ok but how far are they accurate to?
Say with you bow 60 yards. How about out of a fast crossbows like a Ravin R10?

I have never tried them in a crossbow.. I am not sure. I have shot them at 60 and they shoot well out of my compound bow
