Edible Garlic Infused Wagyu Beef Tallow Candles And Aged Balsamic Vinegar

I was fascinated by a presentation of Wagyu beef tallow candles used in a dipping liquid with balsamic vinegar. As the lit candle melted the candle into a small bowl containing aged balsamic vinegar, crusty bread was dipped into the liquid for a decadent treat. I go through my process of duplicating this wonderful dipping liquid using #SnakeRiverFarms Wagyu Gold beef tallow.

Very interesting idea! I just made tallow candles, but didn't even think about using them this way! And I love nothing more than a good balsamic- I'll have to try this!

Everything in moderation. If you read about the type of fat in tallow its not the same as others. It offers benefits...with moderation.
