On the other hand, in these two girls' case, I absolutely believe if they were going to be allowed to be let out early and/or off GPS monitoring early, general consensus should be that they have shown for a sustained time that they pose NO risk to themselves, the community, or property.

I call bullsh*t on the whole lot--on the therapists' recommendations, on the judge's decision to grant conditional release & for completely disregarding the victim & her family's feelings, not to mention the threat she poses to the community. The 2nd therapist keeps saying, "There's nothing to suggest..." that she's a danger to herself or anyone & that she should be able to make a life for herself. I don't agree. There's everything to suggest that she's a danger to society, EVERYTHING! And the girl who egged her on is equally guilty. I had an abusive childhood & so did some of my friends. We didn't lure anyone into the woods & stab them 19 times. Pure idiocy on the part of the therapists & judge. If they commit more heinous crimes, the responsibility rests squarely on their shoulders.

You must not know anything about psychiatric medication or being in a mental institution. They have Morgan doped up for 10 years. How else do you think she should look all happy & Skippy? That's not the way these things work. She's probably so doped that she doesn't even know where she's at. They probably put her on thorazine and haldol.
