Great layout and summary. Now I know what'll be going on since I've only been playing US! Always been an Allies player, but I agree that's a pretty enticing tech tree.
I was running a double rifle, sniper, then ssf commandos with infantry hq for a bit and had some success with that. I'm surprised I'm not seeing more wehrmacht snipers since the tank/spotter infantry are in the same product line as the sniper AND mg. It seems like that'd be up my alley, but map awareness will likely be harder without the scout flares and jeep commander, though.
I’ve played all a bit and I like the USF the most they feel like they have the most variety and the most flexibility. Just all’s round a fun faction for me

Why they remove the wehrmacht field marshals but keep the usf support center 🤔👎
Because and i quote "the fieldmarshal system was too complicated for new players and too hard to balance"

I will mention that in the dev video they say that they look at those tier 2 and 3 buildings as two tier 2 buildings to chose from. I usually go with jagers when I want anti infantry, and panzergrenediers for AT. Or I hold with tier 1 and rush panzers with the breakthrough battle group.
Ahhh, that's how they spam panzer early. It forced me to to forgo bishop artilery.
@@zbigniew2628 you have to be really careful with the panzer rush though and make sure you’re not gonna stall production when you get it. I like breakthrough for that cuz you get supply trucks you can sit on fuel points for more resources if you’re not dominating.
You’ve got them mixed up, Wehr PGrens have no AT capability.
@@jayhuff1776 I was talking about the building. That’s where you get AT guns and the AT tank.
Just me or the Stroßtruppe seem redundant when Panzergrenadiers do the anti infantry job just fine and way cheaper/ upkeep and with more models.
They are def overlapping in their roles, and dont have that different abilities. Hopefully they can get more distinguished with a patch eventually
tigers forward :) coh3 is great so far.
Is it worth it to get Luftwaffe Kompanie if the other one gets you an even more effective version of Jagers and an AT gun

I’ve noticed while playing DAK is using the 250 early as it helps deter enemy’s and upgrade it with an auto cannon to deter those heavy machine gun squads
I'd relic doesn't fix the game, these pro guys will be playing coh2 by the end of the month

Panther is a call in unit for one of the battalions you can select at the start of a battle. A tiger is in a separate battalion
@@Spartan77570 Haven't seen the panther yet. Is it similar to CoH2 where it's only good against tanks, or is it good against inf too?
@@celtoucan4956its a lot better against infantry than it was on coh2 but it’s still absolutely trash against them. It’s honestly worse against tanks in this game than coh2. It’s pretty bad since it gets penned frontally most of the time
