I have looked into travelling on the TSW someday but coming from the US. Looks like a fun trip. I will look forward to travelling with you via YT on your journey...
No I didn't. Could just be the new DJI Pocket camera and how it records audio. I do have the windproof setting on, so that could be muting the engine noises a bit.
Cool weekend weather and even more rain. I wish we would send some of this weather to our friends out west. anywho, Downtown Orillia was great for morning breakfast and walking around pre-pandemic and the farmers market stroll, is that something you'd ever stop and do? Not sure if the Orillia downtown crime factor plays a role in visitors and overnight stays.
Check my Epic Boat Cruise 2018 series to get me take on the Port of Orillia. Yes, it was a destination back in the day, but 2:00 AM mornings are way behind us 😉 And the ongoing noise and crowds there, especially on the weekends is not something we're in to. Much prefer a quiet lock for our getaways. And, now that Chief Island - please don't call it Big Chief - has imposed strick restrictions for boaters (including paid passes), that crowd will be calling The Port home more and more. Crime in the town?? More like crazy boaters in the docks is what turns us off. . .
I must of past you guys at the end of your trip... I yelled “Boogaboo!” As you were leaving 42 on july 23rd heading toward couch. Hopefully you got it on film ;)
I just found out that the pits in cherrys produce cyanid but only when in combination with the rest of the cherry. The pit on its own doesn’t have the chemical reaction to produce arsenic.
Just bought a Sundancer 240. And watching all your videos. Also will be on Lake Erie.
Very nice 👌 But we'll only be in Lake Erie for another couple of weeks 😉
I miss Lock 42
It's still there, Luba. Waiting for your return 🙂
Been getting a lot of rain on western Lake Erie. Sure am tired of it
Lots here, too 🙄
Saw you guys twice the last two weeks on my way up and down the TSW! 👍
Nice vid glad your out there for your holidays I go Aug 15th
Perfect. Enjoy!!

Sounds good. In the meantime, I'll do my best to keep sharing the beauty of this area.
Which Marina is home? Do you recommend? Currently shopping...
The engines sounds unusually quite on this post. Did you soundproof the hatch?

@@BoatingWithBoogaboo sounds fantastic

Wish we had a little bit of that rain here in Southern California 😕
Ya, I keep hearing that. Hope you guys see more precipitation throughout the south west!

Might be. I had the GoPro running for awhile. Best to keep an eye out for that episode - if you're on it, I'll be sure to share it 😁

Wow.
@@BoatingWithBoogaboo oh I just corrected, it’s cyanid not arsenic. 😅
Does Lagoon city ever have problems with flooding ????? ........... Previously you showed the marina being flooded .
Nope, never showed or discussed flooding at Lagoon City Marina.
The engines are very quiet in this post. I was wondering if you soundproofed the hatch.
Is there any fishing ware you guys go? If so what kind of fish are there? Do u ever fish ? Love the program. Thanks.
Lots of fishing in these parts, but couldn't tell you what's down there. I ever fish myself.
Are you guys going to stop in Midland?
Maybe already did. Gotta watch the whole series to see where we get to 👍
