The Stones as a live performing band are awesome-one of the greatest live performing bands of all time. Admitted Beatles fan here; both were different bands from each other. The Beatles might have an edge in the studio, but no comparison for live performance, the Stones had that locked down. It was really them at the end of the 1960's through the early to mid '70's that pioneered the big arena rock shows. And have always loved this tune, and extra points with their live performance video. This is off the charts cool!!!
Sympathy for the Devil, Miss You, Doo Doo Doo Doo (Heartbreaker), It's Only Rock and Roll (But I like it), Under My Thumb, Harlem Shuffle, Waiting for a Friend, It's All Over Now.... You listen to these then I'll give you some more.🙃
This Boy- The Beatles Great early beatles song that doesnt get enough love. Some good rockers from that time are "Long tall sally" and "Im Down" by the beatles.
You have to do a live thing of Mic Jagger! Remember the song" Move like jagger" ? Reason why that man made that song...lol th-cam.com/video/lGBRIsgJ_80/w-d-xo.html.. But this song was from an album called Some Girls.. Which came out when I was in 7th grade. They made after ten years of not having one.... All the songs pryer where when I was a little girl and some when they became famous before I was BORN. This man is still on stage today!!!!! How crazy is that? I'll be 61 in January ( yes, older pick of me)
They have decades of major hits!
😮💨😮💨😮💨🔥🔥🔥

🌸 look at you, learning about our music!
It was great!!🔥
Thanks for that!
No problem!🤟🏾
The Stones have been my favorite band since 1964. Check out Can't You Hear Me Knocking (the studio version from the 1971 album Sticky Fingers).
🌸 the stones have been together for 60 years..their drummer, Charlie watts, passed away a few years ago .💔
60 years is a lifetime😮💨and sad to hear about Charlie, he left behind a great legacy 🤟🏾
The Rolling Stones were named after an old Blues song by bluesman Muddy Waters. Next try the song "Miss You" -- it was a #1 hit, has a funky beat.
Thanks for the info 🤟🏾 and noted 🔥

Get the video with Mick and Tina Turner singing “It’s Only Rock and Roll”. I think you’ll love it.

This song is from Tattoo You in 1981.A slower version was recorded in 1977 and forgotten about until they redid it for this album.

Question for you Ike. . .after reacting to this, does Mick Jagger get your voted as coolest front man of all time?
