I've went down the Zeppelin rabbit hole as a teen and never came back up. 4 GOATS in a band. They are the best band ever. No one can come close to Zeppelin. That is why from the very start they garnered a loyal following. The critics hated them. The public loved them. One thing you really need to see is this video of when Zeppelin played the Boston Tea Party in Jan. 1969. Their first American tour. This was a multi band concert in a venue, not too large or dinky, in Boston. Filled to the rafters with teens and twenty somethings. When Zeppelin came on the crowd would not let them end. They kept demanding more. It was even more that way on the second day. Then by the third day the crowd was wild and wanted Zeppelin to keep playing. It was wild. They were head banging on the edge of the stage and stomping their feet. Anyway, it is a fun video of this and you might enjoy listening to it. It does not matter if you put it on your site or just listen by yourself. It is just a fun and inteeresting video. And it really fires your imagination thinking how it was then. You might have some fun. th-cam.com/video/w5GfqQtB2Rk/w-d-xo.htmlsi=CgEyw8Z07gIxzMlB
Dude, your enthusiasm and generally happy mood is infectious 👍 Glad you're enjoying the ride! By the way, if you wanna enjoy a "happy smoke" while listening to a Zep tune that would be a perfect match with that, listen to "I the Light". Very trippy song
@@ikeeight8if you really like the drums, you should watch John Bonham’s 15 to 20 minute drum solo. You can watch it live at Earls Court (1970), you might not even need to put a cover over it, it gives great shots of him playing. Millions of us consider him the greatest drummer ever, sadly he passed away in (1980), I still miss him after all these years. The drum solo is called Moby Dick, & he kills it, he played his solo at about 200 concerts. This Rock & Roll was inspired by Charles Connor, Little Richard’s drummer in the song Keep A Knocking. It also came about when trying to record their song 4 Sticks, which Bonham played with 2 sticks in each hand. Bonham was getting frustrated & took a break, & started beating this out, the other band members jumped in & created this song. Since they were still recording, it captured the song, we got 2 Led Zeppelin songs instead of one. The Immigrant Song opened many of their concerts, then Rock & Roll took over as the opener. You also might want to listen to Rock & Roll album version, before singer Robert Plant had throat surgeries. You don’t have to play it for us, just a listen for you. Thank you again hun for your reaction, I always look forward to LZ reactions.
John Bonham (Drummer) was friends with Bill Ward of Black Sabbath and both were JAZZ based drummers along with Neil Peart from RUSH. You're talking about 3 of the best drummers to ever hit skins!
OMG OMG OMG i cant with YOU ahahaha man o man ya freakin **Blaze Up My Night** Whew YOU are **MyMostFavoriteMyBelovedOtherWorldlyLedZepelinReactor** out THERE!!! The Beatles are great, but they are more known for being the first "rock band" and Rock stars. Zep took it to a whole new level. You should react to the evolution of rock music. Beatles is where you always start. Then zeppelin, then black Sabbath, iron maiden, Metallica, pantera, tool. I'm order.
