When it's safe to travel, explore the provinces if you're looking for plants. I'm from bicol region and i go to near provinces when I'm plant hunting, i got that same size monstera from Lucban Quezon for 300 pesos! It was really a steal, I bought 3 monsteras that day and some other plants before going back. Adansonii was just 150 pesos. Quezon plant moms and dads are the luckiest in my opinion.
I went there last years pahiyas festival, there are booths that sells plants. When plant hunting on other provinces, there's a bigger chance of getting super cheap deals when there's a festival or other similar events. So I do a bit of research first before actually traveling and it's worth it.
Im from Baguio city, i consider the prices as expensive. Im a plantita eversince now i come to value more my plants. Thank you for giving us impt. info and names of plants.
Sa mga newly vloogers and begginners na Plantito's n Plantita's, my advice for you guys know first how's your house environment if its suitable for indoor plants kc ang mga garden nursery like QC Memorial Circle garden center, etc. . . cla ay nasa open area and shady/airy environment. . .once na bumili kana ng nga halaman at gusto ng karamihan dyan ay iyong mga expensive plants pa, cla later ay worried at bakit ang mga nabili ay nangaluluntoy after several weeks? Huwag nyo agad ilagay sa loob ng bahay ng one week ang mga nabiling halamang pang-indoor, Tanong ko lang guys why gusto ninyo ang JUNGLE Type na meron small and crowded space, w/poor ventilation ? ? ? Sa mga kabayan ako po ay nagbibigay lang ng commemnt at nde rin isang vloger.
this is true, knowing first whether your place is suitable towards the plants you will purchase is key, you gotta let the plant acclimate first in your environment
I always find it fishy when stores don’t put the price tags 🏷 on their products. It seems the prices change depending on who is asking. If you look/sound local, Im sure it is cheaper.
It's really good that more people seem to have acquired a healthy interest in plants during quarantine. I guess plants really help uplift the human spirit!

At hindi tlga ako mkapaniwala, na ang mga karaniwang halaman na madalas kong makita nung bata pa ako ay labeled na ngayon as "Rare and Exotic"?! At ang mga presyo, dko ma-reach!!Mas mura dun sa Farmer's Garden sa Cubao or sa Q.C. Mem'l. Crcle. Sa Cubao, dati pag pumunta ka ng Thursday bandang 8 a.m. makakabili ka ng plants na 3 for P100, basta maaga klng kc karating lng ng mga supplier from province. That was before the pandemic started. Khit ung succulents mura lng dati doon. At kung matyaga ka nman, ung mga succulents dun sa kanto ng Ilaya St, papuntang likod ng 168 mall, P50 lng each. Pero ngayon dpa cla pumupwesto kc nga pandemic pa. Anyway, goodluck po sa mga adventures nyo and keep safe lagi.

Hi! Thanks for watching! 🙂 Yes ung price talaga ngaun suuubrah, sakit sa bulsa lalo na compared sa price nila last year and even in provinces. Based from experience last month sa qc circle, they offered me 1500 for a caladium when its less than 600 sa mindanao ave garden center. Though both places talaga mahal. I'd still encourage you to visit if you're up to see some interesting rare ones. Just dont forget ur masks etc 😉

There are some very interesting plants in your video that are often not available from other sellers and I think that garden center is a must-go-to place for plant lovers, though some of the prices are unexpectedly higher than what we're used to compared to the prices in Rizal.
its in philippine peso... but they looked like in euros coz they're so expensive!!! apparently plants are so much in demand in the city. but they're still cheaper in our provinces here. thanks susan for watching!
Yeah i wonder how much they would be here in the United States. Since they were Phillipines prices. Here you can find most of the basic ones for $15 to $50.
They should put prices on their plants save you time to ask them every single plant what kind a business they running there I hated every time you ask them for a price next

Hi, Rosey's Greenery! This is one garden center along Mindanao Ave. that we sometimes pass by going up north but have never stopped to check out. The prices are surprisingly higher than the last plant nursery that we visited in Taytay Rizal (Halamanan sa Taytay), which I also vlogged about. But, yes, the rare plants there are generally not available from other sellers.
I really understand the cost of the overheads sa operations ng business 😉 dito sa America ayos yan kasi limited lang ang choices namin dito lalong higit sa mga klase you have in there pero diyan sa Pinas iba nga talaga ang labanan pag dating sa presyo bagay kung may pera ka walang problema 👍

I took home with me 5 ft fiddle fig tree, 4 ft travellers palm, money tree, varigated alocasia, aglaneoma from thailand that was in your video, varigated micah, rubber plant and yuca. Im hooked in that garden center.

Hi, Rosey's Greenery! This is one garden center along Mindanao Ave. that we sometimes pass by going up north but have never stopped to check out. The prices are surprisingly higher than the last plant nursery that we visited in Taytay Rizal (Halamanan sa Taytay), which I also vlogged about. But, yes, the rare plants there are generally not available from other sellers.

I really understand the cost of the overheads sa operations ng business 😉 dito sa America ayos yan kasi limited lang ang choices namin dito lalong higit sa mga klase you have in there pero diyan sa Pinas iba nga talaga ang labanan pag dating sa presyo bagay kung may pera ka walang problema 👍

Nice nurseries. If I may ask you a question on caladiums. In tropical climates ... do they die back and go dormant for a few months or are they perennials in SE Asia? What months would they be dormant? Thanks.

Hi. I went there when i saw your video. theres more rare plants there you are right compared to QC circle. Thanks to your video!. I took home with me 5 ft fiddle fig tree, 4 ft travellers palm, money tree, varigated alocasia, aglaneoma from thailand that was in your video, varigated micah, rubber plant and yuca. Im hooked in that garden center.
