Wonderful. I found you via your watercress video. I started some last week but I wasn't sure how to get a harvest. I'm in Somerset too. Thanks Rob. Lovely channel.

Hello Rob, Tilley and bub. It looks so lovely and fresh there in Spring. It is autumn in Australia now but unfortunately it is still hot here on the east coast. It is a wonderful thing to always be able to feed yourselves from your own land. I am always fascinated about the history of edible plants. Who discovered what plants are edible and which aren't etc. Unfortunate for the people that found out which ones were poisonous of course. ☹ Oh dear. Anyway it's always a pleasure to watch your videos.

Thank you very much, Jenny. That really is an interesting question to ponder 🌿🤔 My take on it is that people had much stronger intuition, connection with nature, and inheritant divine knowledge long ago, so they just knew or could feel what was right and safe to eat, much in the same way that present day animals do. Thanks for your interesting comment, as always, and stay cool! 😎💚

You know what else would be funny.. when you go to town have an actor play a role of someone who bullies you.. think of how Mr Rogers would be treated if he went to the low socioeconomic part of town. But you just keep going with your mr rogers thing
