Well one thing's for sure, I'll never look at a bottle of olive oil the same way again XD
So at first I was like, man are we not going to get to see Jom go further to the past and make Commander Yai fall in love with him just like Khun Yai?! Even though they showed his mustache in the beginning saving Jom from the water xD but then that END! If they don't make a season two where we get to see Jom trying to get Commander Yai to fall for him, I may riot! But I mean, you don't put that end in there and NOT continue the story!
For anyone confused by the end, Jom actually goes into the ancient past after leaving Khun Yai and before he wakes back up in the present. And spoiler for anyone who wants it. After making Commander Yai fall in love with him, he goes to the present where he finds the 3rd reincarnation of Yai - who has ALL of his memories and they live happily ever after.

For anyone confused about the ending. The Yai that appeared to Jom in 2023 is actually him reincarnated into Khun Lek (Khun Yai's younger brother)'s grandson, Kanthorn Palathip, through his youngest daughter. The reason why he's already so familiar with Jom is because he remembers all of his previous incarnations and the powerful vow of love Commander Yai (1700s Yai with the mustache) made to Jom beginning from the Ayutthaya Kingdom where they first met. Basically, Khun Yai and Jom's love story is eternal and was already predestined a long time ago.

I was so confused. Someone said it was a dream so that’s what I thought it was since as he kisses him, it cuts to the credits, then to him meeting the 1700s Commander Yai 😊

Mine too! It is a breathtakingly beautiful story made more beautiful by the exceptional acting of Nonkul and Bright. And to think i almost missed it because hard to access from US.

This is my favorite series I've seen this year. The acting, direction, cinematography and screenplay are excellent. All I have to say is the two main characters in this series, I don't think anyone else can do these characters better. They lived those characters.❤️❤️❤️

No quería que terminara todavía, esta serie fue simplemente maravillosa, de las mejores del año. Excelente escenografía, producción, cinematografía, la música hermosa, los actores preciosos con excelente interpretación y química. Amé, lloré todo, solo al final no me quedó muy claro como Khun Yai apareció de nuevo con Jom en 2023 como si recordara todo lo que vivieron, aun cuando es otra encarnación, pero de resto me encantó de principio a fin en todo, esperemos temporada 2.

It was very different from what I usually watch. I mean I’m a sucker for any thing time travel or magical but their story was a bit of a slower pace and very gentle, lots of green flags (when I guess I’m more of a red flag kind of girl 🤣) but it was still really sweet story
