Yung mga 10 years max yung mga tao na hindi pumatay mismo pero tumulong sa pagtago ng crimen o criminal. Hindi sila parte ng pagplano ng massacre pero tinago nila yung mga bangkay o weapons o tumulong sa pagtakas ng mga principal na crimenal.
10 years max siya kasi unang una kahit wala sila mangyayari parin ang krimen, pero dahil tumulong sila pagkatapos ng krimen dapat parin sila maparusa pero hindi kasing bigat ng mga pumatay o yung mga kasama sa pagplano ng pagpatay. Mabigat parin ang 10 years no tinago mo lang ang bangkay pero di naman ikaw ang nakapatay at wala ka sa pagplano.
