So it’s been a long time I have uploaded a TH-cam video because I was busy with academic work. I had my endsems in the past few days. So many of you asked to share about the hostels at IIT BOMBAY so in this video I have made a tour of Hostel 15 in which I currently staying. Hope you like it. Not a IIT/NIT aspirant and I did my by UG at University of Dublin(Ireland) and Highers in Tohoku University(currently live/work in japan)
For a person who have never experienced Indian Universities,I gotta say the campus is huge and the location is serene and now I realise why some of my friends were losing long trips and weekend outings with us
Good luck y'all JEE Advanced aspirants,I hope y'all get inside where you wanna pursue engineering

@@dikshajalan8058 hey Dikha, please see i'll share my experience how i get my admission in iit Bombay , first your concepts will be crystal clear of 11th and 12th class , practise as many numerical as you can!!! and it's good if you have. a strong subject, like my was chem. and lastly work harddddddd

While I was doing the first year of my PhD in Mechanical Engineering I stayed in Hostel 16 next to H15. Then we shifted to another hostel in the next year. Currently, I’m back in Kerala due to the pandemic situation. Anyways I’m really glad to see all these familiar spots once again 😊 My fav is the balcony after 12 midnight when we friends used to chill out 😎

I came here last here in TechFest 2020 as a finalist i stayed in 14B hostel the campus is so huge and great to stay and study. It's a very good institution

Stayed in 16 b for 5 days during Techfest!! couldn't forget those days it was hell of experiencing IIT hostel life!!
Wow......I am sure I will get lost between all those wings and complex turns
I visited iit b as part of my iit’s contingent in inter iit cultural meet 2019 and i must say that this hostel was absolutely huge and v well built, in fact all new hostels in iit b were awesome. More so, there were many cheap canteens with awesome food and a great environment. iit b is definitely a very different experience. (I am from one of the better 2008 established iits, and can vouch that older ones provide a better experience)

a small advice from an old iitian....don't go after college name....go after what you want to do in your life...look at the bigger picture....if it aligns with mtech in iit bombay then well and good....else no need of mtech at iit bombay....because sometimes the placements are not that great even for mtechs in IITs..
Dont go for mtech go for MS in ivy leagues trust me you're going to not regret it

@@nishantbangwal8120 i had total of 6 admits out of 10 i applied to 5 ivys i took risk lol two of those were harvard and mit got rejected from 4 but i got dartmouth and 5 safe schools georgia tech, purdue, university of buffallo SUNY, Ohio state and UMesh so i went with dartmouth as that was the best one
@@MysticFnaticz dude if you don't mind me asking, how much financial aid did you got? Cause tbh, I only applied to 3, NYU, Babson, Georgetown, (missed Harvard deadline). I got in all 3, but none of them offered enough aid, hence I will probably going to stay in India now!
