The feet free/grounding ones work best for my MH issues I find but I also get ankle pain from doing downward dog so much so this really benefits me in multiple ways. Also good to be reminded at how stiff I've gotten over the years seeing you in basically a full spread eagle when we extended both legs while laying on our backs, and the most I could do was like, an extended happy baby 😅

I’ve had SO much tension in my shoulders and neck, so I did this video expecting to address that. I didn’t realize there was actually tension all over my body that this session revealed and addressed at the same time. This is definitely going to be my go-to video 🙏🏾 you’re amazing!
There are times I come to my mat, but do not feel motivated (mostly due to not getting enough sleep). Yet, I still want to honor my body through breath and movement. This routine allows me to get it in and then I'm awake enough to do another one of your videos. Thank you.
