Any chance you'd consider making it possible to map generic midi knobs to the scratch (turn table) function? This would be amazing for when we want a scratch but don't have the deck. The mouse is way too tough to master! Lol
They are ;) but be aware that if you are using it as.a VST3, it won't receive midi CC messages, so you need to "direct link" the midi device. I have a few videos showing this.
Could it play full tracks? As in, have two decks and use Ableton as a modular DJ mixer without having to deal with other DJ software or Ableton wrap to control tempo
Yes, but you should know that it doesn't adjust the syncing for full tracks, so they will tend to drift eventually. If you are old school, just bump the track, but if not then you may need to get creative. You can also just play the track on ableton and then scratch the live stream (see live scratch function)
