Yes! I’ve been waiting for you to get your hands on the castle estate kit just to see what magnificent creation you would come up with! Gorgeous as usual!
I'm new to your builds but this is amazing...I'm watching all your utube up loads.. every day l go in and watch a few at a time and have been downloading most of the willow creak builds you have done .. really enjoying playing my sims games now l have found these beautiful designs you have done...l too have been playing the Sims from the very start..and now that l have retired l have a bit more time to lose myself in the Sims world's..Thank you so much for all your hard work x
Wow, this is hands-down the best castle I've seen built with the kit without being overly complicated and elaborate - it really shows that you've got a fair bit of understanding about castle designs from having been to them in person. Great work Aden, thank you for sharing this!! Edit: also awesome choice of music, so atmospheric. Perfection all 'round.
I might contribute a little bit about the medieval furniture. The sofas we have today, which are mostly padded and comfortable, would have been very hard to find in medieval Europe. Chairs were made, even stuffed ones, or benches that could act as a precursor to nowaday sofas. These could be upholstered with cushions, fur or plaids. At the same time, chests were also used to be sat at. The shift came only in the 17th century, when sofas were an important luxury item intended mainly for the nobility. Oh, and this build was absolutely gorgeous. Thank you!
Thank you for making this castle! Everyone else I’ve seen has made their castles more fantastical or like they’ve been renovated, and they’re still beautiful, but this is the type of vibe I’ve been really wanting to see.
Finally for the first time this week TH-cam decided to actually send me notification of a new video 😂 Love the build btw. Wish I had a castle and a dragon....
Just watching the first few minutes I was thinking so much about "oh this pack would look great to recreate Minas Tirith or Helm's Deep" and then you mentioned you're reading the books and I nearly screamed! What a lovely castle, and if inspiration strikes you, I'd LOVE to see some LoTR inspired builds!
This is seriously one of the best builds I've seen in like, forever. You always mix aesthetics, terrain, realism and playability so perfectly I adore it !
Absolutely stunning build. My gosh, your attention to detail is unmatched imo. You make it lived-in / realistic while managing to keep it looking uncluttered. This pack looks interesting actually, I agree it would be nice in Henford and I can see some of the windows etc from "get together" going brilliantly with it as well. Yesss I have memories of school trips to castles/ruins and museums that were essentially a converted castle 😅. When I play sims 4 I play it like my dream life as well. I make a utopian type society. Eco green footprint, wild plants everywhere that you can harvest. Tons of community areas for everyone to gather and mingle. I usually live in a tiny home and only use the T.o.o.L mod to move things into the main world. The mod itself is so confusing with the other functions imo. I use mc command to level up people’s skills in the neighbour as well so everyone can learn from each other, mentoring etc. I'll make a sim and cheat-remove them from family so they become a townie.
I learn so much watching your builds. I had been trying to make those very tall chimneys and now I know how to make them. And those roofs! Tips taken to heart! This build is magnificent!
When the kit was announced and I'm not kidding, my first thought was "Oh this pack was made for Aden, he's gonna love it. Can't wait to see him build with it." I still wish we had bit more but overhaul it's such a pretty pack
We have a preserved village here in the US (Greenfield Village and Henry Ford Museum) that's imported historic buildings to preserve them on the property we'd road trip to visit in school. Nothing as old as a medieval castle but it was really neat to see actual old schoolhouse, or the family home of Robert Frost. I didn't really realize how important to my sims builds it'd be later! Glad you got to see such cool stuff and find a new way to share it.
You should visit Colonial Williamsburg! Most of the buildings had been rebuilt because they were originally made in the early 1700s, but it is amazing! It's like walking through the actual town in 1760. The modern Williamsburg is right next to it, but it's really nice to make the shift between 2024 and 1760.
This is an enormous build. I love everything CASTLE. I also agree with your comments on being interested in British history. I have family from Milnsbridge in Yorkshire. I've been on vacation to the UK four times and would love to have the money to just move there. I have always been interested in the UK and it's history because of having family there or at least that's where our family started. I hope that I will have the opportunity to get back there again some day. I also had the opportunity to visit Milnsbridge so that was a treat.
I just want to send a bit of thanks your way. Thank you for the beautiful build and all of your hard work, your videos are always fun and refreshing. Thank you for making me smile and giggle and get mesmerized. You are one of my favorite creators, when your videos pop up on my feed I start smiling before clicking play. Thank you again!
Just incredible! I especially love the dining hall. The grandeur of the space is just right. And yes, it really needs a medieval fireplace. The CL one will have to do. You are very fortunate to live somewhere where castles, cathedrals and ruins are so accessible. In the states, much of our history was not durable. The indigenous population lived lifestyles which left less of a trace behind, with some exceptions like some pueblos in the Southwest, and cliff dwellings like Mesa Verde. We also have a terrible habit of tearing down old buildings, instead of celebrating them. I will say, it's gotten better, but if one wants to see beautiful old buildings, go to Europe. I've been lucky enough to visit several times, once during study abroad in the UK. I have seen more Cathedrals than I can count. They were all lovely. Notre Dame, Sacré Coeur, and Salisbury Cathedrals are my favorites. What I truly love are ruins. No idea why, but I love things that are old and shabby. My class visited Fountains Abbey in Yorkshire, and I absolutely fell in love. The pink and orange sandstone was stunning. Visit if you haven't. Thanks for the build!
Years ago when I first subscribed to your channel, you were creating complex builds like this and manipulating the terrain with amazing skill. I really enjoyed this.
You've done it again! Fantastic build ❤ and also I must say, very down to earth review of the new pack... Other simmers are trashing it. Regardless, the only thing that gave me anxiety was 30:58 where the door was not aligned with the carpet and the centre of the Corridor. And after watching you for sooooo long though, I know that you've been infuriated as well and then went like : "OH WELL, SATURDAY FOR YOU MY DARLINGZ, I COULD NOT CARE LESS ". Love everything you do for the community and the way you connect to us! I hope babysitting goes well xx Much love ❤
The look of the stone reminds me of Edinburgh castle add in the fact it's ontop of a hill. Looks fantastic. I'm loving the kit works really well with get together and cottage living.
I love this so much. Windenburg definitely lends itself to that medieval castle vibe. I also love that we already have build buy content that fits in so perfectly. 🤩
Awesome build! Not sure if someone hasn't commented on this before me but in general, if you've raised the terrain first and then started building the ground level on the new raised height, any room that comes out of the raised portion of the terrain will have the high foundation, BUT technically you'll be building on a ground level and shouldn't be having a foundation underneath to worry about. That way you should be able to have a basement level that is right under the ground one and have that kitchen built there :D
Definitely one of the best castle builds I've seen so far. I'm kind of disappointed at the number of views to number of likes ratio though, come on folks! Show Devon some love! 🖤
I was looking for a good castle build without any modernisation on the interior and I’m so glad I came across this. The build is wonderful, I’m a concept artist and I get really inspired by sims build videos and I love the casual voiceover style. I’ll be cruising through your channel for a while, but I’m also really excited for future castles from you 😍😍
This is the best build with the kit I've seen yet. So good! Makes me want to buy the kit, though on the other hand I'd never be able to create anything as good as this. Amazing job!
Stunning build, but I didn't expect anything less from you. I am a medieval nut! I was so excited to see some Medieval builds with this kit (so wish we had more of it) but most I've seen so far are nothing like Medieval builds at all. You are so lucky to live in a country that has so much history. I can remember being in a parking lot in the USA once and seeing a sign about when this town was established and it blew my mind that it was before Australia was even "discovered" lol, and you have even more history than that. So envious. For future reference, you can build a basement under high foundations without having that huge gap between the top of the basement and bottom of the first floor. You just need to pull the basement level up with the arrow key. Make sure you build your basement at least one tile in from the outer edge of the first floor or the terrain will pull up too.
Brilliant Aiden! And thank you for always thinking of playability of builds. I really appreciate watching your landscaping, I've learned so much from you. You are one of the FEW very good naturalistic landscapers. I could watch you landscape all day.
For tartosa you absolutly have to google italian castles and take inspiration from one of the many majestic and beautiful castles we have here in italy
ohh myyy, I'm so impressed with this built, it looks amazing! I just had a thought that it would be really interesting to see you renovate it and make it a modern castle. Maybe a young couple bought it and decided to make it a new place that would add some modern touches but still wanted to leave the main vibe of that incredible built
Awesome build. I really enjoyed it. The location and the landscape are awesome. Your reference castle reminds me very much of Mont Saint Michel in France which is also a castle/village on a tidal island near the coast. Kind of the french counterpart to your castle, named after the same saint. The only thing I would add is a big cauldron from the magic pack. It can be used for regular cooking and making a large serving in a cauldron seems fitting for medieval gameplay.
I absolutely love St Michael's Mount, many childhood memories. My last house had arrow slit windows in the kitchen,, I have no idea why.love the build as always xx
I saw my first ever castles in 2022 at 32 years old when we traveled to Denmark. Coincidentally, also my first time in Europe. I’m lucky to live in a place in the States where there’s a pretty good amount of history but it’s hard to compare something built in the 1700s to something built in the 1400s. Kronborg Castle is amazing, by the way. I recommend a visit!
oooh! i totally catch that medieval feeling! i was one of that people who was waiting for your build with this kit!🏰 i would love to see how you furnish it like you usually do, even with cc.
I'm new to your channel and I just wanted to let you know that I adore your builds, build style and attention to detail. You give me so much inspiration for my own games. Thank you for everything you do :) x
This is truly amazing Sir Aden! I played this video on a big screen and it felt like I was in the castle which made it even more gorgeous 😍 you really captured the feel of a medieval castle. And now I have to visit St Michael’s Mount!
My god this castle is incredible, and the terrain is amazing! Honestly, i can't even figure out how to put 2 rooms together i'm that shit lol, thank god for talented builders like you. EA needs you! 🤩
WOW this amazing, Aden!! I’ve never heard of St. Michael’s Mount in Cornwall, but find it interesting that Mont Saint Michel in France was also built on a tidal island! I love the roof detail you used where the ends of the gabled roofs are taller than the middle-very effective and I’m definitely going to borrow that idea. Great terrain work too, especially with those stairs!!! And yes, I have created my Sim self on a couple of occasions, and she’s currently living in #Pindenburg in a house with a turret (my dream, lol). Enjoy reading your Tolkien this weekend!
Omg you are so hilarious. Loved the dramatic pause half way through. 😂 Castle is really epic! Love how you designed the roof and different levels. Landscaping turned out beautifully!
Aden!!! I can't even imagine how much work this took, it's absolutely amazing! You are so so so talented, wow! I just built my first school recently and almost died lol, I could never ever do something like this, I'm glad I found your channel cause then I can just use your gorgeous builds kkkkkkk (hate using "lol" the "kkkkk" come so naturally, it's understandable that it's a laugh, right?)
Oh, if you want to build more of a Mediterranean style of castle in Tartosa, you could check the castles of Tortosa, Alcañiz or Cardona for inspiration. All of them are hotels nowadays, so you probably will find lots of videos and photos. Looking forward for more manors and castles!
Fantastic build 😍 it looks amazing. I remember many school trips, watching this reminded me of trips to Totnes Castle and Buckfast Abbey (and obviously St Michael's Mount too!)
I’ve been waiting for a castle build from you since I heard this pack dropped! You did not disappoint. I love the dirty brick swatches. I think they would look sooooo good on a Georgian style manor!
I’m so envious that you got to go visit castles for school trips 😂 my biggest dream is visit castles! Or go to a Irish pub, hopefully an old building with lots of history. I want to close my eyes, touch the building and absorb all that history 😂 I know, I know, I sound like a crazy Canuck lol
You could have said what part was dramatic. Tolkien is hands down my favorite author. I am already playing in this build. Watching you design it after downloading is fascinating.
OMG, Aden, this is STUNNING! I didn't know St. Michael's Mount and I've just searched for it and it's so beautiful. Hopefully, I'll be able to visit it someday. Have a marvelous weekend!
Now I'm jealous of your school trips. We just always went to the zoo. We do have few castles in Finland and I've visited some as an adult. All the stairs just would've been easier as a teen. :D And yes, I play with my sim-self. (Thihihi) I also have my close family and friends as sims and I delight them (humans) sometimes by sending them pictures and telling them how they now have the dog they've been dreaming of or really awesome apartment and what not in sims. At least so far they've been patiently answering my messages with some nice comment. Btw, I burst out laughing when you started to talk about weather. :D I would've liked to know what what was happening in the book then. Have a nice spring! :D
this is SO stunning!!! if you ever were interested in doing it i would kill to see what you could do with custom content for a castle build, there's so much good stuff out there.
as soon as i saw this kit come out i thought “i can’t wait to see aden use this”, i’ve only just started but from the thumbnail and video at the start i am in love!! your talent amazes me every time!! can’t wait to for the henford on bagley lbtw, i just know you’ll knock it out the park!!🤍
AMAZING BUILD -- incredible attention to detail and that landscaping is top tier! And yes loved your comment about there being so much history in Britain/Europe. Visiting there as an American is always like 🤯🤯🤯 because our commonly known "old" structures are a measly few centuries old. Meanwhile I looked at part of Hadrian's Wall in the UK and could hardly believe it. Also was fortunate to visit places like Stonehenge and Newgrange (Ireland) which are just wild.
Absolutely stunning and gorgeous build as always! Seen a few other builds with this kit but your creation is my favourite - as always haha. I can really see the relation to st michaels mount! I have been there 2019 with my granny. She was a big fan of the south England area. Unfortunately she passed this Saturday. But your builds remind me of her in only the best way. Thank you 🙏
I wish we had school trips to castles! We only had school trips to farms or the downtown orchestra or ballet. Once we had a trip to Sea World for choir, that was probably our biggest trip for primary school.
Amazing build! Been waiting for you to do a castle build that’s more British styled. I’m Australian and we don’t have a lot of castles here but when I was in New Zealand I visited Lanarch Castle (it’s not really a castle, just a large manor house) in Dunedin which was beautiful.
I was waiting for this since yesterday's video. OMG you never disappoint!!! I love love LOVE it. I thought of you when this pack came out and I thought of the Skyrim build you did years ago for Helgen. I can't wait to see more use of these items in your future builds. ❤❤❤
Ah, this is so beautiful. Idea: It would be so cool if you would do another castle but also add a few medieval houses here and there (since we now have sims 4 rent) as if there’s village inside of the castle area, if that makes sense. Idk I’ve seen it in Shrek, when you enter this big castle entrance but it looks like a neighbourhood with people having their own houses and it leads to the actual castle. Wishing you a great weekend 😊
You really know your sims obsessed when your walking about places saying ‘Oh that would look good in the sims’
On the other side of things though, it shows equal obsession when you start commenting “did they design that in the sims?” 😂
I do this all the time 😅
Facts!
I literally would take pictures and then try to recreate it in the sims hahahaah
I literally do this ..😂
Yes! I’ve been waiting for you to get your hands on the castle estate kit just to see what magnificent creation you would come up with! Gorgeous as usual!
Thank you my darlin!
There is noone who can build like you. After only 5 seconds of video I was SO impressed with the castle. So incredible, so unique. You are amazing!
Finally for the first time this week TH-cam decided to actually send me notification of a new video 😂 Love the build btw. Wish I had a castle and a dragon....
I want a dragon 😠
Just watching the first few minutes I was thinking so much about "oh this pack would look great to recreate Minas Tirith or Helm's Deep" and then you mentioned you're reading the books and I nearly screamed! What a lovely castle, and if inspiration strikes you, I'd LOVE to see some LoTR inspired builds!
The best part of this video (besides the gorgeous castle you built) was the long pause, where you were waffling on about the weather 😂😂😂

Just incredible! I especially love the dining hall. The grandeur of the space is just right. And yes, it really needs a medieval fireplace. The CL one will have to do.

That great hall/dining is everything I mean the whole build is gorgeous but that balcony over looking the big dining table is my favourite
The look of the stone reminds me of Edinburgh castle add in the fact it's ontop of a hill. Looks fantastic. I'm loving the kit works really well with get together and cottage living.
Fantastic! 👏🏻 These types of castles wouldn't have an insane amount of clutter anyway. That came later in history. Maybe we need a Regency era pack 😅
I love this so much. Windenburg definitely lends itself to that medieval castle vibe. I also love that we already have build buy content that fits in so perfectly. 🤩
I have an important test today and this is exactly what I needed to help with the anxiety. Thank you Aden!!
You're going to do great, and even if you don't everything will be OK in the end 🥰
just the right amount of detail without going overboard!! this must have been a labor of love, it came out looking so good. well done!!
Awesome build!

ohh myyy, I'm so impressed with this built, it looks amazing! I just had a thought that it would be really interesting to see you renovate it and make it a modern castle. This is hands Down the best Castle I’ve seen built with this kit

Sooo gorgeous I hope you build more with this pack i loveee the way you create historical and british inspired builds!!!
The intro music made me think of the TV show “Reign.” This is an amazing build as usual Aiden!
This is an absolutely lovely build. I'd love to have it in my game as a historical building that is used as a museum.
My god this castle is incredible, and the terrain is amazing! Honestly, i can't even figure out how to put 2 rooms together i'm that shit lol, thank god for talented builders like you. EA needs you! 🤩
This is gorgeous, Aden! I’ve been waiting to see you use this kit and once again, you’ve outdone yourself. Have fun with your niece and nephew! ❤
This is one of the best builds Ive ever seen. Wow.
I would absolutely love to see you make a castle with cc and this kit - it'd be so amazing! ❤ Amazing build as always!
WOW this amazing, Aden!! I’ve never heard of St. Michael’s Mount in Cornwall, but find it interesting that Mont Saint Michel in France was also built on a tidal island! Aden!!! I can't even imagine how much work this took, it's absolutely amazing! You are so so so talented, wow! I just built my first school recently and almost died lol, I could never ever do something like this, I'm glad I found your channel cause then I can just use your gorgeous builds kkkkkkk (hate using "lol" the "kkkkk" come so naturally, it's understandable that it's a laugh, right?)
sounds like a giggle to me kkkkk
Oh, if you want to build more of a Mediterranean style of castle in Tartosa, you could check the castles of Tortosa, Alcañiz or Cardona for inspiration. All of them are hotels nowadays, so you probably will find lots of videos and photos. Looking forward for more manors and castles!
Fantastic build 😍 it looks amazing. I remember many school trips, watching this reminded me of trips to Totnes Castle and Buckfast Abbey (and obviously St Michael's Mount too!)
I am actually obsessed with this. You should do a series where you create a castle for every Disney princess 👑
I’ve been waiting for a castle build from you since I heard this pack dropped! You did not disappoint. I love the dirty brick swatches. I think they would look sooooo good on a Georgian style manor!
Absolutely fantastic!! This is becoming a vacation place in my world... I can't wait to bring my families here!!
Watching you design it after downloading is fascinating.
absolutely unreal build, it looks incredible!
This build is amazing, it left me speechless. You’re so talented!
Well that's giving Leeds Castle vibes in all the best ways. Another fabulous creation Aden ❤
I loooooove your giant castle builds!
I was so excited to see you build a castle with the new castle kit...Love how this came out. Now I really want to put a household in this one 🥰🥰
I love this! Absolutely amazing! Beautiful! Stunning! I am pretty much speechless beyond that! Great job!
I was dying to see what you would do with the pack and it's absolutely stunning!
as soon as i saw this kit come out i thought “i can’t wait to see aden use this”, i’ve only just started but from the thumbnail and video at the start i am in love!! your talent amazes me every time!! can’t wait to for the henford on bagley lbtw, i just know you’ll knock it out the park!!🤍
That is the most amazing build I have seen!!!
It's amazing! I don't know how you come up with the ideas for such big builds! I would love to see you build something with this kit and also some CC
Yes, a big open fire and arrow slots would have been a nice addition to the kit to have a little more realism especially when it’s a build kit.
I LOVE IT!!! when will it be in the gallery?
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this build. Hope you had fun babysitting 💜
Thank you 🙏
I really didn't think I'd have any interest in buying this pack but good lord this is gorgeous!!
Absolutely stunning! This is the sort of thing I think of when I think Castles. Just awestruck x
I wish we had school trips to castles! We only had school trips to farms or the downtown orchestra or ballet. Once we had a trip to Sea World for choir, that was probably our biggest trip for primary school.
This absolutely gorgeous! You are so so talented ❤
Blimey!!!!! This is absolutely jaw dropping, still picking my jaw off the floor!! This is incredible!!! BRAVO BRAVO❤❤❤
Great castle! What's the music? I love it.
It looks amazing!!! Idk why but when you put the dining table out back it reminded me of Dragonsreach in Skyrim :D
Amazing build! Been waiting for you to do a castle build that’s more British styled. I’m Australian and we don’t have a lot of castles here but when I was in New Zealand I visited Lanarch Castle (it’s not really a castle, just a large manor house) in Dunedin which was beautiful.
See, this is everything I could ever have hoped for when this kit came out. 😍
In fact, this is everything.
Period. ❤
I was waiting for this since yesterday's video. OMG you never disappoint!!! I love love LOVE it. I thought of you when this pack came out and I thought of the Skyrim build you did years ago for Helgen. I can't wait to see more use of these items in your future builds. ❤❤❤
Stunning... This really shows of the kit! Thank you for all this hard work... ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
Your eating table area reminds me of the Malfoy manor that you did
Wow, this castle is absolutely beautiful. 👌👌👌
Woowww STUNNNINGG, unfortunate we don't have a medieval gameplay to fit with this kit. Plus cas stuff and furnitures
