- Today we are in Indiana taking on this BIG food challenge. The XL Smoked out platter offers ribs, rib tips, chicken, brisket, and other smoked meats along with all of their famous sides! I appreciate this speed when the meal is a bunch of different things. This allows your voiceover to narrate the nuance while we get to see the visceral reaction in real time.
On the other hand, if it were a 9lb plate of only brisket, yeah--speed that up a little.

“BBQ is art” what a great way of looking at it
I think the videos are better with a little bit of fast forwarding in parts, especially the longer videos. We know what you are eating at that moment. I watch most of your videos and I wouldn’t want to have to fast forward them myself. If I wanted to watch mukbang videos there are plenty of other Channels to watch. Your videos are about the timing challenge at hand. The way you are doing it is great, don’t change a thing!
This video really highlights Joel's very small hands and how near and tidy he eats.
Question what do you generally eat each day when your not doing a challenge? Obviously you do intermittent fasting as you need to keep your calories tracked and have enough to do the challenges.. but inbetween the fasting and workouts do you actually eat much?? if so what kinds of food you normally eat. Just asking because obviously you work out a lot and was just wondering whether you have to do harder workouts because of the callenges or is it just that you have a very gifted metabolism?
