Nice numbers. Start saving for a built short block like right now. At that power level I doubt it lives very long at the track.
if the tune is right David van voris had close to 100 passes at 1100 HP stock gen3 before he pulled for a built engine because he wanted 7s. So yea it can if you know what your doing.
That midnight performance car also runs 7's 100% bone stock long block. Now THAT car won't live very long i wouldn't think. A high 8 second car like Zanders with really good fuel and tune should be okay for a while but of course you would still need to plan on replacing it if shit happens.
@@modmatt89coupe it’s a crapshoot with Gen 3’s. I had the same person tuning my Paxton Gen 3 car that David has tuning his car and my motor started eating itself with considerably less power.
It’s really just a luck thing with Gen 3 cars.
@@blackonefifty dont love pulling on the crank with the cent. blowers especially. turbo cars seem to last longer for whatever reason.
@@modmatt89coupe its not as brutal or violent as a nitrous car... turbos are like “smooth nitrous”. Its the less volatile out of all power adders imho.

Wow impressive ! I had 1050 ID and maxed out at 978hp - also was told my tube (mass airflow ) 3 1/2” was causing issues. My torque was higher though 938ftlb. Did they max the injector duty cycle for that number ?

Like I mentioned before stay positive invest money toward quality parts , fuel system ect... maybe MS-109 race fuel at the track for safety you are on your way stay in the moment and plan for it.💪👏😎🔥🇨🇦✌️

@@revitracing4995 Ok, just followed you. That's insane man. I only made 873 at 15psi on the 62's so I figured maybe you had the 64s but what threw me was that your power came in nearly 1000 rpms sooner than mine and on a bigger turbo. Ball bearings and headers make that big a difference??
Congrats on the dyno. I still think turbos are too finicky. I do believe Stangmode was the first youtuber in the 8's. There's a Big , bad demon out there in need of an exorcism. Dyno numbers and loudness won't take him down. Hopefully things come together so you can start getting some seat time. The tree is the Achilles heel .Time to start making driver mods. I look forward to seeing this ....

6th gear on dyno. 7th is the 1-1. If we dynod in 7th the numbers would have been higher

I’d be more impressed if you didn’t make a point to not show what the dyno was set on. I could almost guarantee that these numbers where not SAE corrected and that is why you didn’t show the top right corner on every single shot you took of the screen.
We operate a no load dyno. Cant fudge the numbers like a loaded dyno. STD Correction 5, 57 degree air with a weather station made this number. For your info a SAE Correction (i just pulled it up) made 996.77/841.59

It’s not about the numbers that the car put down, it’s about the character of someone the specificity made it a point to not show the dyno settings in every single shot of the screen. Then to sit there and keep saying it put down 1024 knowing that wasn’t true. I’m not taking anything away from the car it is making big power , but don’t think your viewers are stupid. We will just take Hell Horses word for it for what it truly made.
