Collect rocks, craft 6 rocks into 20 stone marbles then extract and for a full stack of 99 stone marbles you will get 198 essence. So 30 stones turns into 198 essence instead of 30
By the way, you can rename chests by holding E to open menu, selecting "rename", and typing something like "wood", "metals" etc. The name will be shown when you look on a chest. It's a massive help to stay organized!
or just buy water (10 essence) you recieve 4 water. Now extract those 4 water and get 40 essence. Now you've gained 30 more than you spent. Rinse repeat no need to leave the trader.

Yup, this is the best method I've found as well
I got a better one. Buy water from the essence trade for 10, extract for 40!
(will hopefully get patched though. Probably an oversight)

Marbles are the best to extract and if you advanced more you the TI essence are quit worthable

If you really want starter essence fast, pick up stones and turn them into marbles. Hundreds of essence in no time flat.

If you make the marbles, you will make 20 marbles, but it gives 40 essence per every 20. Do with that what you will. 👍

Buy the water bottle from the trader for 10 then extract it for 40. You can get up to 10,000 in like 5 mins
How do you use the off hand
I feel really stupid...but I keep fumbling w this and trying to fight and can't use the items or switch when I need
@@Kymss-j9z with the item in your offhand, "F" key will use the item. Good luck friend!

Too bad you can´t use respite stones as fast travel points regardless of realm.

can"t read (/m) it's 10/m , so if the duration is 5 min you get 50 hp, easy ! it's not rocket science
