WOW Louise you JUST DID THE PODCAST OF THE CENTURY!!!!!! You just spoke about deep feelings that many don't and won't dare speak publicly!!!! Everything you have just said here will help so many, struggling with the same feelings and emotions. You are so normal and all this is a phase in life that seems eternal but I promise it will slowly fade and your life will eventually fall back into place. Timing is different for everyone. You need to write a book about this!!!!!! And use the words you spoke here please!!!!

When I had my daughter, I did the same thing for the first month. Then, I started making myself accept help from a friend or family member at least one day a week. You may try scheduling authors that wrote while having small children. They may have helpful advice for you and others.
