Regarding a classic retro small watch, i suggest the Armitron griffy. I bought one couple of weeks ago as a fun cheap watch but oh my god, i loved it more than my favourite watches. The size is perfect and i feel connected to it every time i want to see the time i have to interact with it. Also unlike a casio, it’s full stainless steel! Really fun watch.
Is it not plated with real gold? Casio says on their website that the watch is "Gold ion plated". It doesn't just say that the color is gold, but that the material is "gold ion plated". So I assume it's real gold, just a very thin plating. If the gold color is done with any other metal then it's very misleading to mention "gold plated".
