yes we are crying but these are our tears of happiness. what more, we cry even listening to their songs on Spotify so you can guess how it feels like when we get to meet the boys live right in front of us
“Why are they crying?” Mannn they made it to one direction concert I would probably faint or somethin😂 also I highly recommend reacting to “best song ever” from that concert it was the last song💘
Yes, this is one of their slower songs from their earlier album, Take me Home (2nd album) and its written by Ed Sheeran. It in fact is a very soothing and a beautiful song that they've always sung in all their tours. And you notice when Niall said "You sing" at 4:46, that has become very iconic. Initially, he used to just say that as a way to interact with the crowd so they finish the lyric by saying, "Love you" then eventually the "You sing" became part of the song so towards the end, like in their last tour, fans themselves started saying "You sing" before he even would, which is honestly really cute! And since fans have always loved it when performed this song, they always ask them to complete the last chorus, just like Harry asked them to finish it.
My favorite thing about the "you sing" is that fans even do it now if any of the guys do Little Things solo. And they grin ear to ear and let it happen. It's so much a part of the song that it's expected nearly a decade later.
It is my comfort song. Seriously the lyrics hit so hard. "Little things" and Louis' "perfect now" gives off the same energy. It's so beautifully written.
Fans cry at every concert, it’s very normal actually hahaha. I’ve never been to a concert, sadly, but I can imagine how overwhelming it is to be watching your idols while surrounded by thousands and thousands of people who feel the same way as you do. Not to sound cheesy but this band has saved a lot of us and helped us get through a lot of tough times, so to be able to stand in the same place as them and sing along to their beautiful song.. you’re bound to get emotional. Not to mention that this is a once in a lifetime event for a lot of the fans there. A lot of people get to only see them perform live once, if even.
It wasn't their last concert, but there's always crying at 1D concerts..... and it was written by Ed Sheeran... they have a couple of songs that were written by him.... Moments and Over Again are the other two that come to mind... both good songs.... watch Over Again live and Louis & Niall always sat by each other for this song and Louis always changed the lyrics, which would make Niall start laughing... good times!!!!!
Harry serenading to Lou, Niall shouting "you sing", crowd answering "love you", all boys ' voices beautifully harmonised.. if I were there I would cry like a baby...
Ed Sheeran wrote this song and gave it to them. It's a beautiful song about all those things you don't like about yourself, they love because they make up who you are.❤️ SO MANY HAPPY TEARS! Can you imagine playing too that many screaming, crying people?! They will always have those memories.
I cried when i saw them too. For me it was because you have been waiting for years to see them, you have supported and loved them is so many ways. When you then get to see them, and stand in a crowd with people who are just like you the emotions just take over i think.
I think the crying may be a combination of just getting to see you idols in person and the song itself. Little Things just lists out the little insecurities a person can have about themselves and says they are loved because of them. Anyone would cry with such unconditional acceptance. 😊

crying is not synonymous with sadness, people are crying because they are happy and thrilled to be there. Even more in this song, which is very special for fandom
Fans cried at their concerts for two reasons. First, they were simply filled with happiness and emotion that they finally had a chance to see them. Second, this song has a special meaning for them - maybe there is something in their body that they totally dislike, maybe even hate and would like to change... and they sing about how even this small disliked thing makes them love someone. This song simply brings them a sea of feelings and they can't hold back their tears. I understand them. Sometimes I just break down when I hear them singing... And now, if/when they come back... we will also cry with sadness, because someone incredibly important to each of them and to each of us will be missing on stage. But there will also be love... because we will never stop loving Liam. We will always remember him. He was a great person and an amazing artist with a wonderful voice, kind soul and a heart on his sleeve. He really... truly... deserved to be extremly happy and I'm heartbroken for him, his family and his friends... and for his fans :(
Those are happy tears. These 5 dudes are their idols, role models and them and their music is a source of happiness, inspiration and motivation to keep going for millions of people and being this close to them, hearing them sing must be pretty overwhelming. On top of that, this song is so darn sweet it makes me cry when I feel down too.

It's an emotional and sweet song. If you think about it a lot of girls/women now days aren't accepted for who they are but this song is saying that they love all the little things about them. And tickets to a 1D concert were hard to come by for so many people, either the boys didn't come to their country/state all through the years or they couldn't afford it and this was their once in a lifetime moment to see them so some people naturally cry. Plus when the crowd sings back they get to tell the boys that they love them too. You should watch the music video, they were so young when they did the song.
Only a person who really feels and love them and their music in a very deep way, could understand those tears. They are crying because is maybe the only opportunity in your life to see them singing to you. Those are definitely happy tears
Liam did the you sing every time he same it for the LP live stream concerts. Little things is from their second album. Take Me Home. This thought was the Where We Are Now right after midnight memories came out. They always play songs that the people want from the other albums. I think I'm gonna go watch the concert. You got me dueling for it lol. I've watched it like 50+ times already. Same with the This Is Us movie. Just can't help myself. And I rewatch it with anyone willing lol. 🎶🎶🎶🎶
This was a beautiful performance. I agree, the boys were just taking it all in and just in awe of their fans & how amazing it all is. I’ve never been one to cry at a show... but I completely get why they are. Those are happy tears... tears of being able to experience this & see the artists who may have saved their lives or fixed their broken hearts. Thank you for reacting. 🥺🥰
The crying is usually happy tears. It can happen when all of the adrenaline that has built up over the whole day and during the concert comes crashing down and you are so emotional that you start to cry. It's happened to me a few times and I couldn't believe it. After Harry's last concert of his first tour, I just started sobbing out of nowhere. His tour had been so unbelievable and that was it. It hit me all at once.
Through the years the boys developed a really strong relationship with their fans, even if they were so big and successful. Each one of them liked to interact with the fans on twitter, we have so much content (sadly bc of how overworked they were) that makes everyone connect with them on a whole new level (like prsonally I like a lot of artists but I've never felt close to a celebrity except for the boys), we just really really feel like we know them. They were also around the same age as their fans and all of them come from little places in england/ireland ; overall just normal dudes that you could relate to, and all of them extremely down-to-earth, that's what makes them likeable. They saved so many people's lives by just existing in a way, so seeing them live must be so overwhelming. I 100% know I would cry if I went to see them live, so imagine seeing them ALL at the same time. Sadly I became a fan post-hiatus so I never went to see them live, but it must be such a memorable experience. I'm really happy for anyone who managed to see them when they were still together! (i'm so sorry for my english)
They're (we're) crying cos it's not just 5 pretty blokes singing a nice song. It's a connection, a communion, a coming together, sharing Gestalt - it's a bond greater than the sum of its little things - it's holding up mirrors to each other so we can see our souls as others see them, opening portals to the peak experience of being human, fully alive in the moment, the shared humanity, the transcendent power of love, the safe space to acknowledge the pain of loss and disappointment and regret and insecurity and fear, and how love - as music, as art - can say the things we can't express, that we can't name. It's one brief moment rapture, of enlightenment, and they / we cry in awe and gratitude and joy and knowing that the candle burns down, on that night, and at the end. It's too brief, but it's everything. We can't soar like angels every day, but we can fly for one song, for one hour, for one night, and hold that in our hearts and carry that home.
Some people cry because they are so happy and overwhelmed, others cry because some of these songs might mean a lot to them and they might relate to the lyrics more than you do.
They are sitting in this song as a way to remember the official video if anyone who has seen the official video of the song will know that they shot the whole video of the song just sitting hope I get pinned 🤧
so the thing you have to understand about music fans is that the music means so much to us. it's not tears of sadness but an overwhelming feeling of happiness. like it's hard to explain to someone who hasn't felt it, but i suppose it's similar to why people cry at weddings or why a mother and father will cry when seeing their baby for the first time. it's not sad tears. they're happy tears because you're so full of love and emotion for whatever is happening. in this case it's the feeling of being at this concert, listening to the songs you love so much being sung by a band that you love so much. it's an emotional (happy emotional) moment and you can't help but cry.
So in the beginning when I was not a stan of 1D even I wondered🤔 why are these girls crying! I mean they get to see them live, performing..but now I get 😭 I just cried watching this video 😭 Its just overwhelming experience..I mean attending that concert and surviving after the concert ends must be like ughhh exhilarating!! Thanks Suffi 😊
The San Siro Stadium, for these concerts (there were two, actually, but the huge one direction family thing the fans did was just one day) they filled twice 40k people! It has a capacity of 60k but they don’t open the back of the stadium, right? People traveled from many countries just to be there and you know everything is close in Europe, lol, unlike the States or Mexico. You travel for days and still you are in the States. Anyway…. When they came to Mexico they booked 3 times a venue called Foro Sol. The biggest venue is the Azteca Stadium and for my life y have NO idea why they just booked it. The capacity is 100k plus the blind area in the behind area. With soccer matches they open all of it! Anyway, the Foro Sol is a cool place for this type of concerts. I went to see Peter Gabriel, Bon Jovi and Pink Floyd there and it was really cool. In the movie you can see their faces when they come out to start to sing, lol. In the Azteca Stadium I went to see Michael Jackson, Madonna, U2 and Elton John 😀. Just awesome. I’d gladly pay to see them anywhere. Oh, btw, don’t forget to listen “Truly, Madly, Deeply” by them, not by savage garden. I swear it’s the sweetest song I’ve ever heard. Especially because they were still teenagers 🙂 Oh, and they’re teenagers with neurotransmitters and hormones being a mess. Maybe you and I wouldn’t cry, but those girls can’t control it. It happened with The Beatles too. Again, teens have a mess of hormones and brain chemicals jumping around and screwing up with them.
I think I wrote things all over the place, sorry! I meant fans could easily fill the Azteca Stadium 3 times, each to its 100k capacity, no problem. I also meant the faces of those boys, while making the movie, when they came to stage and saw for the first time truly 65k people crammed up in one single place. Louis even looked nervous. At Foro Sol was the first time I tried pot…. As a second hand smoker, lol. It was during the Pink Floyd concert 😁
Little Things makes girls/women cry cuz (a) it's incredibly tender and beautiful and (b) the lyrics talk about the guy loving a girl even despite all her imperfections and insecurities and that's just a very real thing. It hits you deep! I STILL cry to it sometimes, nearly 10 years later!
Those are happiness and emotional tears☺️, it's a very important moment for those fans, a lot of them waited years to see them, and I mean... I would cry too. But not bc I'm sad, but bc there are so much emotions that I can't process
They are really crying cause like the song has a message .. like pople who love u ll love u with all ur little things, just as u are.pople have their insecurities and the song is basically referring real pople LL stay with them with all their good, bad, weakness or imperfection, thts why we get emotional, also it's the band playing it🙂
I love this song so much! Please watch the official video too, as there is something beautiful in the simplicity of it. Also, the behind the scenes on some 1D videos (Little Things, Best Song Ever, Live While We're Young, What Makes You Beautiful, Steal My Girl, etc.) can be interesting.
Like i 'you sing' love you thats the official lyric cause 10000% thats a part of the song you will see when/if you see other one direction videos rather than just music the crowd says you sing as well
It was never crying sad tears. It was just so utterly emotionally overwhelming to experience them live. For many of these fans, it could have been the first and only time they saw they boys live, after legitimately dedicating years of their lives to them. It's hard to explain the impact 1D made to people. It's not sadness, every person there is so overwhelmed. It's just absolute raw emotion ♥️
I didn't wanna cry today, but you chose this one... This is my favourite song with Strong (this is my real favourite actually, it literally saved my life🤍). San Siro is a magic place, in Italy it's a very important stadium, if you do a concert there it's because you're really talented💙 Love from Italy🇮🇹🧡
Not so fun fact: in a lot of their lives of this song, when Harry sings the line "u never want to know how much u weigh" he'd drop the word "weigh" as zayn was struggling with an eating disorder
Ed Sheeran gave them this song and they’re trying to say that no matter the “flaws you see in you body” I love you. Tell that to a teenager and all the adrenaline comes rushing and them teenagers don’t know what to do with all the feelings and emotions. Some laugh, shout and cry
I'm a new subscriber and is it bad that I want to share this man's channel with the 1D fandom and get him many more subs? I really like his reactions, they may be short, but they can be pretty insightful

Sadly I became a fan post-hiatus so I never went to see them live, but it must be such a memorable experience. I'm really happy for anyone who managed to see them when they were still together! (i'm so sorry for my english)
4:40 Those were the tears of happiness 🥺
I mean they get to see them live, performing..but now I get 😭
I just cried watching this video 😭
Its just overwhelming experience..I mean attending that concert and surviving after the concert ends must be like ughhh exhilarating!!
Thanks Suffi 😊
Love this so endlessly...from the San Siro concert
Especially because they were still teenagers 🙂
Oh, and they’re teenagers with neurotransmitters and hormones being a mess.
I STILL cry to it sometimes, nearly 10 years later!
when you did the zayn face I lost it hahaha
They are crying tears of happiness
This is beautiful 🥺 thank you ❤️
They aren't sad, they're just overwhelmed and emotional. You'll see the same in footage of Beatles fans in the 60s.
The San Siro seats 72,000 and not including outside they sold it out twice
They're crying because this is a very emotional song, and has a very deep meaning...
they are happy tears! i cry just thinking about ever seeing one of them in concert so if i ever get to i will be a wreck. a happy wreck.
Those are happiness and emotional tears☺️, it's a very important moment for those fans, a lot of them waited years to see them, and I mean... I would cry too. But not bc I'm sad, but bc there are so much emotions that I can't process
They are really crying cause like the song has a message .. like pople who love u ll love u with all ur little things, just as u are.pople have their insecurities and the song is basically referring real pople LL stay with them with all their good, bad, weakness or imperfection, thts why we get emotional, also it's the band playing it🙂
I'm 29 and crying just watching this. Mainly cos I miss them but it's just an emotional overwhelming moment
Ed +1D =Magic
Like i 'you sing' love you thats the official lyric cause 10000% thats a part of the song you will see when/if you see other one direction videos rather than just music the crowd says you sing as well
the question is who wouldnt cry over this song? i mean, it was out when I was an ugly 14 years old 😭😂
If I was there I would have cried too. I don’t know I think is because it feels like they are telling those things to us so it is emocional
Me encanta mucho esta canciónnn😋
Yeah such a lovely song!
San Siro is a magic place, in Italy it's a very important stadium, if you do a concert there it's because you're really talented💙 Love from Italy🇮🇹🧡
im crying right now I can’t blame them
Not so fun fact: in a lot of their lives of this song, when Harry sings the line "u never want to know how much u weigh" he'd drop the word "weigh" as zayn was struggling with an eating disorder
Awwww no lyric changes on this one 😢 💙 💚 makes a huge difference 😢
this one was one of my favorites when i was really into 1d
YOU SING
Man! finally! gorgeous!
Ed Sheeran gave them this song and they’re trying to say that no matter the “flaws you see in you body” I love you. Tell that to a teenager and all the adrenaline comes rushing and them teenagers don’t know what to do with all the feelings and emotions. Some laugh, shout and cry
its happy crying 😭😭😭😭😭
I'm a new subscriber and is it bad that I want to share this man's channel with the 1D fandom and get him many more subs? I really like his reactions, they may be short, but they can be pretty insightful
also this song was written for them by ed sheeran
The other San siro song you saw was right now , this song is from there second album take me home and fun fact Ed Sheeran wrote this song and when he played it for one direction they loved it
Ed Sheeran also wrote moments and 18
The best song❤️
Love to seeing the reaction to the video
My ultimate fave of theirs, I actually had it at my wedding ❤️ xx
Really!? That's so cool!! I gotta do that!!!
@@xD-rv8cs Yep, it was played during the signing the register part, along with Love you more by JLS. I walked down the aisle to Don’t Wanna Miss A Thing by Aerosmith. All the songs we chose were sentimental to us and our daughters ☺️
@@Sarah-Harvey How cute!!! Great choices!!! Especially the a little bit more poppy/fun one (Like the beat) when walking down the aisle😄 Hope you all hade the best day ever!!!🥰😇
This is my favorite 1D song. ❤️
No it wasn’t their last concert but I guess they were too overwhelmed that’s why they were crying ❤️💙💚🇮🇪
This song is from Take Me Home album.
Ed Sherran wrote this for them
You'll to search videos of Beatle mania...you'll see girls crying over them as well! This is a beautiful song. Ed Sheeran actually wrote this one.
I really love seeing reactions to One Direction's videos and I love the way you react to their videos. Can you react all the 1D videos maybe of all the songs on Where We Are Tour first ?
