this video is Part 2/2 of my Academy 1/48 scale F-117 Nighthawk build. The F-117 was the world's FIRST STEALTH FIGHTER and is still in use with the USAF today (after a short retirement). This video is all about the painting & detailing process

Thank you for your kind words, TMC! Yeah, you‘re right! I also prefer working with other colours than black! But the preshading with white on the edges made it kinda easy working with black. 🖖

Thank you, Tim! Let’s say it so: I made the best out of this „mediocre” kit! It has so many flaws, it was a wonder that it didn’t end up in the trash SEVERAL TIMES! 😂 But it looks good in the cabinet. 😁 Cheers mate!!!

Was war denn jetzt der schlimmste Teil des Models?? Doch den Rumpf zusammenkleben?
😂😂😂 Das kommt davon, wenn das erste Video 3 Monate vor dem zweiten geschnitten wird! 😂😂😂 Aber du hast recht, da bin ich euch was schuldig! 🙈
Der schlimmste Teil war tatsächlich das Anbringen der Seitenruder! Nicht nur, dass es im selben, richtigen Winkel erfolgen muss, sondern dass das Modell in dem Bereich auch richtig schlecht designt ist. Es gab nur zwei winzige Vertiefungen am Heck für die Seitenruder, keine wirklichen Langlöcher. Im Grunde konnte man die Seitenruder anbringen, wie man wollte! Ob 0 Grad, 90 Grad oder irgendetwas dazwischen, alles wäre möglich gewesen! Am Ende habe ich mich an Referenzfotos orientiert, um es korrekt zu bauen!
