- We are back at Disneyland Resort today for the grand opening of the Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival. Every year they come out with new food and we are here today to try as much as we can. How do the new food items like an Old Fashioned Popsicle, Cheeseburger Bao, and Pizza Wings compare to the returning festival classics? We’ll have some fun exploring the festival, say hello to some Disney characters, and we’ll see if I can talk some of our favorite Disney friends into going on Grizzly River Run in the middle of winter! Come with us on this adventure!

So sorry to hear of the loss of your Mother. 😢 My mother took to me Disney many times, we have many good memories to look back on. I'm lucky to still have both parents, they are both elderly now and I spend as much time with them as I can.

Pro Tip - The gift cards are a great idea for people traveling to Disney who need to use a foreign currency, as you only charge your credit card or travel card one transaction fee rather than multiple ones through the park.
Keep your receipt for the gift card because if you lose it, it can be canceled, and reapply the credit to a new card.

Watching all of you on Grizzly River Rapids made me crack up. First of all, it’s so great that you met up with a bunch of friends and fellow TH-camrs who were game to get wet. I will not go on that ride unless it’s 90 degrees out and I have hours of sun to dry. The last time I rode that thing, I was drenched for hours. Never sit by the door, Peter. That’s the worst place for getting soaked. Paging Mr. Morrow (Nate) would call you a “soggy bottom boy” now. Hahahaha. So true based on the backside of Chris Provost. I loved this video, particularly how Kitra was not lovin getting wet but was happy Peter did ! And the food is the best part. The lunar new year festival at CAP had good food they scanned the landyard and you put in your pin… so easy !

My mom made a lemon sheet cake with the glazed icing all the time, I remember she would poke holes in the top with a fork before glazing it. Great memories, love the video and can’t wait to get a wine bottle on my solo trip in a few weeks!!
