Hey Desirae! Luv the vlog per usual. Also, you mentioned the “red light therapy”. Another YT’ber is a Fitness Instructor & I saw she ordered a red light for red light therapy from Amazon. She does yoga/stretches in the mornings at home before the sun comes up. & I thought it looked so peaceful. There maybe some things online where you can search more if it sounds cool enough. Lol but just wanted to share that info.

@@ThroughtheLensofDes 😆😆 Yes girl Amazon takes all my money! LOL 😂 Girl they done messed up letting me get the option of having it delivered to the Amazon lockers. I pick up my package before i even come home from work. Gives me time to discard the trash & stuff my order in my work bag before coming home. LOL
