I had the same issue. I used a blow dryer to soften up the front window seals and it reduced the wind noise a lot.

I just installed my Sunrider and heard the same noise during my initial drive around, ~30 MPH. It was a very loud breeze coming from where that indent is from the freedom panels. I'll see how the seal settles in overnight and fiddle around with the fitment and seal.

I have had good success quieting wind noise by spraying silicone on the rubber pieces. Just wipe up any excess before closing to prevent staining on the fabric.

It’s quieter now I think you did the fix.

Mine makes a pretty loud flutter noise above 70 I thought it was from the head wind I always have to deal with driving west , pretty quite at 60 and below. Had to make 700 mile trip so I removed it until I return home. Best top says sorry it’s a soft top there’s going to be some noise but that rushing fluttering air noise was just too much for a 10hr drive. Hope you figure yours out because best top probably not gonna help.

Yeah I hear ya'. SOME noise is expected. It is a soft top afterall. But that rushing wind sound as if it's leaking air above the windshield is the part that will drive you crazy. Mine is getting much better. I think it just takes time for the seals to develop a new "memory" with the header bar on the soft top. Good luck!

Ugh, I get the same thing. 55mph heading west into any headwind is irritating. Fluttering is a polite way to describe the rapid SNAPPING noise!

@@rtucker1004 It seems like theres too much play in the strips that hold the top to the crossbars to me. Those little tubes that slide in and that fabric strip are where that flutter and popping seem to come from.

Was it leaking any water before you did the fix?

your two front seals are supposed to be over the rail, not behind it. 2.46

Old reply but I was wondering about that. They look funny sticking out but I have never seen anything saying to tuck them in, and you literally have to tuck them in on my Jeep to make them look like his, but honestly I can't even see those little flaps in his video. I almost reinstalled them tucked in based on this video.

I’ll take wind noise for the ability to just pop the top open and not store the roof
