Veg Anda Curry Ingredients:
400 gms Paneer
2 Small Boiled Potatoes
Grind and mix as explained in Video
Make kofta with grated Potatoes as explained in Video
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp white papper Powder
1/2 cup Cornflour
1/2 Cup Maida
2 Tsps Groundnut oil
Make and fry balls as explained in Video
1 slice Bread&1/2 Cup Water make paste
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tsp Cumin seeds
1 Tbsp Mota Garam Masala
1 Tbsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
1 Tbsp finely Chopped Garlic
1 Tbsp ginger grated
2 Big onions Grated
1 big tomato grated
1/2 Cup tomato Puree
2 Tbsp mint paste
1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp chole Masala
1/4 Tsp pav Bhaji Masala
1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala
1 Cup hot Water
Handful of Coriander leaves
2 Tbsp Bikaneri Bhujiya powder
3 Tbsp Curd
50 Gms Grated Khoya
4 Tbsp Canola Oil
2 Tbsp Garlic Chopped
1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red chilli Powder
