3 Cups Grated paneer
4 Tbsp Besan
1/2 Cup Curd
1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp Masala Mix
1/4 Tsp Kitchen King Masala
1 Tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves Powder
Pinch of crushed black pepper powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Mustard Oil
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala Powder
1 1/2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Tomatoes Chopped
3 Onion Chopped
11/2 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
1 Tbsp Oil
3 Tbsp Butter
4 Green chillies
1/4 Cup Coriander Leaves

यकीन मानिए बहुत ही टेस्टी पनीर भुर्जी बनी थी, तब तो मैं यूट्यूब के बारे में जानता तक नहीं था।
आपकी रेसिपी में एक एक्जैक्ट लॉजिक है।
ये कोई जरूरी नहीं कि मास्टर शेफ ही बना सकते हैं पनीर भुर्जी बल्कि आपने उनसे अच्छी रेसिपी बताई है।
