Love this two parter so much, so many beautiful moments. I love how Matt Smith plays the age of the Doctor, during his speeches to Amy in the Pandorica and Young Amelia in her bedroom he seems like such a weary old man.
My favorite part about this episode is when he goes back to the angels episode talk to Amy, even in the original episode the doctor doesn't have his coat on in that scene, but then when he does the remember seeing with Amy he does and now we know it's cuz it was him from the pandorica
Minor quibble but why must Holly turn 90° towards Missy whenever she has something to say. She misses so much by just not facing the bloody screen😂🤦♂️
The first New Who finale where all of the main cast are apparently staying on. That gives it such a joyous feeling. Not only did they save the universe but the family is still together. It also helps that this is my favourite TARDIS team. Wonderful stuff.
One of the saddest lives on this episode is the exchange between Amy and River: River: He wants to talk to you. Amy: Not to you? River: He doesn't really know me yet... now he never will.
The Doctor in his tenth incarnation had mentioned once before in Planet of the Dead that he had stolen the TARDIS. This is the second time in NuWho that it's been addressed.
This episode hits differently, when you realize that this is the episode that River learns how to do what she did in the Library after knocking out 10...
best finale so far. smith's best performance so far and for me the best performance of any doctor so far. tennant did some incredible stuff bringing out the human side but for THE doctor the old kind alien this is it. the dialogue, character and overall themes, acting, music is just ridiculous in this episode. a new high for doctor who.
When they get to the next Doctor i have a lot to say about your opinion and why i disagree. Don't get me wrong. Matt Smith is great but the best performance of any doctor? Not to me.
I love this episode, but I love you two reacting to it even more! The episode made me cry, you made me laugh... I maintained balance that way! Thank you!

Indeed! A plot clue disguised as an apparent continuity error, brilliant!
Rory to Amy's mum: "I was a plastic Roman"

Full attention is definitely needed during series 6 😂

Also it's the first finale to end on a happy note. The four before it ended in tragedy.

i love how darleks have that record like docters companions when with him dont tend to kill
but river is a psychopath
Something on the Orient Express in space?
My Gus is that probably won’t come up again
An Egyptian goddess loose on the Orient Express in space......who would ever be interested in that? 🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️🙋♂️
Don't they do a Mummy in the Orient express with 12 and Clara?
@@ZTM12 yes, I think the episode was called, “Spoilers”

Incredible actor matt Smith is even 27years old at the time could play a young old man
0:20: lol . . That was a very obedient lock of hair!
Fiction writing 101.
Avoid the "It was all a dream" trope.
Moffat, "Nah" Makes a whole season based upon it.
it's even better than a dream, it was a fairy tale.
This episode hits differently, when you realize that this is the episode that River learns how to do what she did in the Library after knocking out 10...
and the "forest" two parter where she learned to wait for the blip.
The blue throw and cushions are perfect accessories for this episode!
Eleventh was MY Doctor. I know tenth is the majority's favorite, but Matt Smith was perfect in my opinion. I loved every chapter of season 5 and 6

You'd have far fewer questions if you actually looked at the screen instead of constantly looking away...
I love how much you love river song
21:20 Some forshadowing here 😉
Your hair looks fabulous, leave it as is. Oh, and nice reaction too.
I can't NOT love this finale!
