I bought the tool as a kit from Harbor Freight. Are you doing an ignition switch? There is another way to do it that in my opinion is easier. Remove the steering wheel, remove the one shear bolt on the ignition housing, remove the nut and bolt at the base of the column (top one by the pedals) that attaches the column to the steering joint and slide the inner part of the steering column out of the tube. Then you need a small precision screwdriver and you can get to the screw that holds the ignition switch in. When reinstalling just pay attention to the groove at the base of the steering column by the splines because there is only one way to put it together so that the bolt can pass through the steering joint. Hope that helps.
Have a question hope u answer!!!! My problem is that the pin that comes out of the window elevator where the window handle holds broke can it only be replaced or does the whole elevator needs to be replaced

I believe you have to replace the whole thing. They are cheap on ebay. Front door is the same regulator (elevator) for 2-door and 4-door.
