    How can i see the frame guide? I want my split screen to be precise.

      great question. i don't believe in the free version, we get that on the edit page, but there are ways to get around it. for example, one thing you can do is to add a Grid which you can find under Open Fx to your clips and let's say you want to fit 3 clips on there, you can set the columns in the Grid to 3 columns, that will divide the screen equally by 3, and that can be your makeshift frame guide if you will

    Thank you, but can anyone help with adding transitions? My current issue is that by adding a "Dip to Colour Dissolve", for example, to just one of my cropped / zoomed-out clips, the whole screen still dips.

      @videoeditingcentral  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      hi, let's look into this a bit more. so are you saying that when you add a transition, it applies to all the other clips when you only want to apply to just 1 clip?

      @@videoeditingcentral hey- thanks for the response. Have since worked a way around it - by using the fade tabs on the clips themselves

      hi, thank you for bringing this to my attention. would you mind being more specific about the issue? so are you just not able to drag the clip around in the timeline or?

    i cant do it on Da vinci 17? when i crop there is nothing that appeared ??

    • @videoeditingcentral
      @videoeditingcentral  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      hi, though i did this in 16, it should work in 17 as well. one possible explanation for nothing happening when you crop could be if you have another clip in the 2nd track but you are highlighting the 1st track, in this case when you go to inspector control to crop, you will see nothing changing on your preview screen since the 2nd track will take over by default and it has not been cropped. hope this helps and let me know if you are still seeing issues.

      @@videoeditingcentral Why i export just image, and it looks very sharp but when i put into a video just the picture not even on the video, it's not sharp at all? but i had a video where it's pretty HD, And i dont how ? do u have answered ?

      @@leminhluc5296 you are welcome! glad it helped you.

    • @videoeditingcentral
      @videoeditingcentral  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@leminhluc5296 if i understand correctly, you are talking about exporting videos that are HD but it didn't end up look sharp once exported? If so, it could have to do with the export settings in your DaVinci Resolve, when you are on the Deliver page, see what the settings are for the videos and that may have something to do with your videos not looking as sharp.
