Cheyenne Mountain 10k

short video from the Cheyenne Mountain 10k (it was actually 7.1 miles). this was at the top. despite the ~7,000 foot elevation, I was able to pass a bunch of people on the climbs. here at the top, it was pretty rocky. on the descent there were some smooth sections and I did drop down to a 9:00 minute and even 7:30 pace for a moment. finished #67 out of ~120 runners. very pleased
