Ranipuram is the QUEEN OF MALABAR As it stands tall at 1048 meters on the western ghats.
The best destination for trekking in North Kerala. You should to spend a day to travel and explore the beauty of Ranipuram. Visiting in the early hours or in the evening will be nice. You should give information about plastic carry bags and other plastic utensils at the ticket counter. Throwing away the plastic waste is prohibited. Smoking and Alcohol consumption is also prohibited. So please don't carry a cigarette lighter, match box or Alcohol with you. It is better to carry food and water with you while trekking. It will take minimum one and half hour to reach the top of hill . And in Ranipuram there is a dtpc guest house maintained by some private personal and some private resorts are also available. Travel advisory, please carry enough water and make sure you don't run out of it
