Is Branding Local Raksi Possible? Aila the Nepali brand
The central government of Nepal has stated that in the financial year 2081/82, legal arrangements will be made for the production, branding, marketing, and sale of homemade liquor. Some local levels of government have already made procedures related to the production of Local Raksi and management. So is branding and marketing of local liquor possible? And what is the potential of Nepali local raksi in the global market?

एउटै गुणस्तर कायम गर्न कठिन हुन्छ त्यसो गर्दा पनि। गुणस्तर फरक पर्ने बित्तिकै ब्राण्डको रुपमा स्थापित गर्न सकिदैन।

Yo nepali lai dhani huna nadiney sarkar ma baseka dalal haru le India ko aadesh palana gareko matra ho natra nepal ma sabai nepali le sutera khana pugne prakitik srot haru xan.
It will cost more then vodka gin etc if we produce it with brand production will get high due to tax also more people will not buy it because without branding they can buy it in cheap which they can get easily and afford it .
I also sell local alcohol products
It tastes depends on climate or season.
Most of the people add sugar which will react with yeast then due which quality will decrease and quantity will increase
Also according my community people when you drink alcohol which is made by adding high amount of sugar like ( sakhar ) inplace of only using natural sugary taste of rice, maize ,millet and wheat with yeast than it will cause headache ,vomiting etc
This types of alcohol is made by tamang and
sankhuwasabha sherpa also votey living in ktm also they produce it in very disgusting methods by adding animals bones also once

My father drink 1 to 2 litter of house made alcohol raksi in night and in morning he more than5 litter chayang
He make him self and drink it makai ko ra gaau ko chayang but also he doesn't do vomiting and doesn't get drunk.
But when he he drink 4 to5 bottle bears then he can't handle his body.
