Intense story. Got goosebumbs the whole time especially when he told about the guys that fell out of the airplane. Beautifull tribute to the generation we owe so much to.

Mark Dextraze is God’s Gift to ALL OF US. He shows us that there is something uniquely wonderful about each and every one of us. Much like Fred Rogers (Mr.Rogers from PBS) did his whole life, Mark and his family are sending out a real message to humanity.... focus on the abilities and not the disabilities. We all have so much to share and learn from one another when we try to step into another person’s world. They are real insights into many worlds, some of which cannot be learned from books. @@zimik832 Not performative, that would involve the director him/herself engaged in the documentary. This would be a biopic with a huge emphasis on cinematic imagery and scenic/environmental shots and a limited scope.

Thanks! Interview scenes were actually shot on a zoom lens so the background blur in the interview is all in camera. I’m a big fan of soft backgrounds, find it keeps the focus on the subject where it should be.
I love how this movie is simple, minimal and on point. Tells you that you do not need to exaggerate a movie to tell a story.

That was a Sony FS100 and a kit lens. Pretty old camera by today's standards. Similar camera you'd buy today would be the FS5 or FS7
